FOUR

i groaned as the distant sound of an alarm pierced through my sleepless dreams. i buried my face into my pillow, trying to block out the noise.

my body froze the minute i felt my pillow shift underneath me. since when did my pillow move on it's own? and why did it feel so warm?

i opened my eyes and rubbed the nights sleep from them before raising my head to look around my room. except this wasn't my room, for one i didn't have kitten posters on my walls.

my (e/c) eyes met lavender eyes which caused me to shriek. i bolted upright, looking down at shinso who wore an amused grin on his face.

"looks like sleeping beauty finally decided to join the land of the living."

"wipe that stupid grin off your face or i'll do it for you. why am I in your room? no a better question is what the heck am i doing in your bed?!"

"i'd like to know why you're straddling me."

heat immediately rose to my cheeks as i backed away to the edge of the bed. shinso sat up, running a hand through his messy hair before sliding out of bed.

"we watched a movie last night and you ended up falling asleep. it's as simple as that."

that's right, we did end up watching a movie. wait i fell asleep? and i didn't have any nightmares? what kind of sorcery was this?

"o-oh right..."

"i'm not the type of guy to take advantage of sleeping girls so you don't have anything to worry about."

shinso made his way across the room and opened his closet before rummaging through it.

"i suggest you head to your own room and get changed, class is starting in an hour."

"right."

i slid out of his bed, my feet coming in contact with the carpet floor. "thanks for the movie night." i made my way to his bedroom door.

"yeah...maybe we can do it again sometime."

"mmm...i'd like that."

and with that, i opened the door, slipped outside, then pulled the door closed. the warmth on my cheeks seemed to grow as i let everything sink in, i slept in the same bed as shinso. mina was going to freak out once i told her.
