~ Three months later ~

Avery's pov

"Cassidey! Cassidey!" I yelled as I was searching through my whole room which was now a mess.

"What do yo- Avery! What happened here?" Cassie asked a bit shocked as she walked into my room and sat down on my bed. "Wait, did you lost Mr. Frosty again?" She sighed.

"Maybe," I replied and took a quick glance at her before searching under my bed again. "Okey yes I did."

"How do you keep on losing it?" She asked me confused.

"Maybe because every time mom sees it, she thinks it's from our little nephew who comes here at least once a week." I sighed out frustrated. "Or maybe because our new dog, Charlie, keeps on grabbing it since he sees it as a toy."

"I mean, it's kinda funny tho." Cassie let out a soft chuckle.

"It's not," I argued back. "Jack has been on tour for over two months now and we try to talk, call and Face Time at least once a day. Our talks don't take long then but I get that, obviously. I mean, he is busy and this tour means a lot to him an I'm really happy for him." I said and got up from the ground. "It's just that I can't sleep without Mr. Frosty anymore. It reminds me of him and I- ugh I just gotta find it, okey?" I said as I threw a pillow from my bed and to the other side of the room.

"Okey fine, I'll help you."

"Thanks," I sent her a little smile and then continued with searching.

~ 2 weeks later ~

I laid on my bed, half awake. Actually feeling half alive, half dead.

I'm so tired. I really am. I haven't been able to sleep at all since I lost Mr. Frosty. And that for 2 weeks straight now.

During my playlist I heard a knock on the door. I didn't even bother to look up but just kept on laying on my bed.

"Come in, I guess." I groaned. Cassidey came walking in with a big smile plastered on her face.

"Hey," She said happily and jumped on my bed, making me groan on the, not appreciated, sudden movement.

"Why are you so happy?" I asked her as I made myself more comfy on my bed.

"Oh just had a nice sleep, that's all." I tilted my head a little and glared at her.

"Okey that's just mean." I sighed and dropped my head again.

"Oops, sorry." She chuckled. I reached out for my phone and turned the volume louder. "Alright, I get it. I'm going." She said and I swear I could feel her rolling her eyes at me. "Rude much." She whispered chuckling. I let out a quiet laugh before turning my face back to the bed. Laying there on my stomach with my eyes closed.

My bed moved again but now a weight was lifted off of it and I heard the door getting closed a few minutes later.

I laid there for another hour before my phone started to make noise and it moved around on my bed.
