chapter 7

Luxic POV

I wake up to the sound of birds chirping, the sun starting to shine..... and someone shaking me roughly. Out of instinct, my leg shot out and kicked as well as my fist. There was a yelp and and a thud. Hearing some groan in pain, i moved to the edge of the bed and leaned over to see nii-san holding his area with one hand and his cheek with the other. "Nii-san.....why are you on the floor?" i asked while tilting my head. My friends who were on the bed snickered for some reason. Nii-san glared at me and got up wincing. "Hurry up and get out of bed. We need to get to the training grounds." He limps out the room and slams the door. I look over at my friend's and ask what i did wrong but they busted out laughing in animal language? I have no idea, but i got up and went to the bathroom to do my business.

After a minute or two, I got out and went to the kitchen where nii-san had a ice pack on his face. I went to the fridge and got some apples. Nii-san gets up and throws the pack on the table while heading to the door. "Let's go. We're wasting time" he said rudely. I look at my friends and frown but follow him to the training grounds. I could already tell that my friends are angry with his behavior towards me and frankly, I'm starting too as well.

When we get to our destination, no one was there. So we decided to sit down and wait. Nii-san sat far away from me while my friends curled around me. After some time passed, Saukra came and started to bother nii-san. Her annoying voice was getting on my nerves and I was about to sew it shut until Naruto arrived. Sighing in relief, I get up to greet him. "Ohayo Naru-san! Good morning!" He smiles and waves. "Ohayo LuLu-chan!" We hug and walk over to the animals. "I didn't get to introduce my friends yesterday. See the wolf is Ruka-" I explained as i pointed at each of my friends. "The crow is Ray and the snake is Ada." Naru nods and tells them hello. I hear his stomach growl and he blushes in embarrassment as I giggle. I hand him some apples for breakfast and he gobbles them up. I sweat-drop and say, "Seems like you still have that appetite." He chuckles and rubs his neck sheepishly. "Ne LuLu are you ready for the prank on Kakashi-sensei?" We both grin evilly as I say, "Of course Naru~ I'm always ready for pranks." We giggle and run off in different directions to prepare everything.

mini-Third POV

Sakura and Sasuke watched the whole exchange. Once they ran off, Sakura looks over to her crush and ask hesitantly, "Should we be worried about this?" Sasuke glances at her for a second before looking off into the distance. Not even answering her question. She look back to the places where the two disappeared from in nervousness. He eyes narrows in jealousy from watching the two enjoy each others company. He scoffs then goes back to brooding while Sakura goes back to fangirling. The animal companions went back to sleep during this time to catch up on sleep. As Kakashi is taking his time to get to the training grounds, he had a chill run down his spine and he swore he heard the echos of laughter.

{I feel like today isn't going to be pleasant} Kakashi thought warily. He shrugs it off and continues taking his time. That was his biggest mistake.....

~Timeskip~ Luxic POV

Currently, I'm laughing my ass off with Naru as Sensei stands before us. Sakura is giggling and nii-san is smirking. Sensei's hair was turned green with mud and feathers sticking onto him. His clothes had burnt packets. His favorite book shredded to pieces on the ground. One of his shoes were missing and he had shit sticking to the other. He's holding a squirrel while one was still in his pants. His eye was twitching uncontrollably and is doing the Harlem shake. I roll on the floor and laugh. Unable to catch my breath. "YOU JUST GOT PRANKED SENSEI!" Naru yelled as he laughed. "That's for being late again!" Sakura said while giggling. Finally, he was able to get the squirrel and he looked ready to murder someone.
