Celia's P.O.V
"My dream I have to tell you that again," I asked, He nodded his head.
"Yes in case something has changed, I know we do this every time you come here but if something does change isn't that good." He explained. We have the same conversation every time I come here for therapy and I get the same answer every time.
"Fine" I took a deep breath. " I just woke up in my bed at home, I'm going to the kitchen to make some tea before getting ready for work. And there she is...well it's me but it doesn't feel like it is. She attacks me and I defend myself flying over my armchair and then she throws me up against the wall smashing my pictures, next thing I know I'm lying on my dining table and she's holding one of my chef knives and decides to stab me. Then I wake up." I explained yet again.
"Alright now that we have eased into it, let's talk about what happened when you went undercover. The report said that they tortured you, can you tell me what happened" Sometimes I really hate Dr. Watson, does he really think that was easing into it. I'd rather just jump right into it instead of easing into it.
"No I'd rather not talk about it with you doctor, no offense but you wouldn't understand. I'll keep this one for myself. AND seeing as I'm on leave for two months we might as well keep a lid on it for a while longer." I said getting tired.
"I think our session is over doctor, I'll see you in two weeks." I picked up my jacket from the seat next to me and shook his hand before walking out the door.
I need to find a hobby or take a vacation, now that I'm on leave. Maybe I should quit the police force. I don't think it suits me anymore, all I know is that I never want to be in that kind of situation again. Twice is enough.
Maybe I should send Jody a text, give her a hand with Claire and Alex for a week or two. That way I'll have something to do instead of waiting around.
I went inside the coffee shop closest to my apartment and ordered my regular Americano and took a seat by the window so that I could people watch and wonder what they might do and how they live.
I sent a text to Jody asking if she needed a hand with the paperwork at the precinct and a little help with her girls.
After a minute she sent a text back telling me that it would be wonderful.
I sighted, Jody Mills, my savior, my friend. If she hadn't found me all those years ago together with her dad, I would be dead. I shook my head trying to get the picture out of my head, trying to get the memories out of my head.
I went back to my apartment, turned off the alarm and kicked off my shoes. My bedroom wasn't far from the door which I liked, my dresser wasn't overflowing with clothes which were good, that means I can do some more shopping, maybe I can bring the girls with me. I packed a duffle bag that I usually used for work and filled it with clothes and other necessities.
I turned off the lights and put the alarm and my shoes and went out the door. I locked both locks and headed to the underground garage.
A dark navy blue 1968 Dodge Charger R/T that was my beautiful baby that I named Rain. That was a car I admired. I threw my bag in the front seat and went over to the driver's seat.
"Jody here I come"
