I woke up, not to R3 this time however...

But to my new roommate.

He had just gotten dressed which awoke R3, which woke me up.

"Good you're awake, hurry and get dressed, classes start soon" He said.

I still felt uneasy with him around.

"I'll wait for you outside" He said as he walked out.

Once he left I got dressed.

"I have to R3, he hasn't attempted anything yet so he must be holding his end of the bargain...and besides we get a spanky new ship" I said.

R3 beeped happily.

I left with R3, Ika followed from a distance.

Most likely to show he means no harm.

I rendezvoused with teams RWBY and JNPR.

"Hey Y/n, how's life with your new partner" Nora asked.

"Ask him yourself" I said pointing to Ika.

Everyone turned to him, they had rather disdained looks on their faces, Ika looked down and took a few steps back.

"Ika, introduce yourself" I said.

He shook his head as he took more steps back.

We decided to head on our way.

We made it to Glynda's class.

"Good morning students, before classes begin we have a new student...Mr. Cross, if you would" She said.

He walked in, slightly nervous.

"Good morning everyone, I'm Ikagaki Kujin Cross...Ika is fine by me" Ika said.

"Where do you come from" Glynda asked.

"I'm from a planet called Mandalore" I said.

"It seems Y/n isn't the only offworlder" Glynda said.

He turned to Glynda.

"Really...we come in on spaceships and have weapons never seen before and you think we're offworlders...NO WAY" Ika said making the class laugh.

"Please sit next to team JNPR" Glynda said pointing to Pyrrha.

Ika walked over to them and sat next to them.

"Now...for today's class we shall-" Glynda said.

"And now we shall begin the physical combat, who would like to go first" Glynda asked.

"I WILL" Cardin shouted.

He stood up and pointed to Ika.

"I WILL FIGHT HIM" He shouted angrily

Ika stood up.

"Let me guess, you fought Y/n, your weapon got sliced, you got pissed, spouted something stupid, had him fight on your terms, got wrecked again and became an embarrassment to your team" Ika asked.

Ika walked down.

"I shall get changed...prepare to get wrecked again" Ika said.

"We shall see...alien scum" Cardin said.

As they left I turned to RWBY and JNPR.

"Again with the racism, is this his shtick or something" I asked.
