Team RWBY, Ika and I were walking into Vale.

We saw decorations everywhere.

Even a giant banner that said "Welcome to Vale".

From what I can tell it was about the-

"THE VYTAL FESTIVAL, OH THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL" Weiss said cutting off my narration.

"I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much Weiss...kinda weirding me out" Ruby said.

"If it's weirding you out we'll mind trick her to not smiling, here watch" Ika said taking a step closer.

"DON'T YOU DARE" Weiss said.

Once she composed herself...

"How can you not smile, a festival dedicated to the cultures of the world, there will be dances, parades, a tournament...." Weiss said.

"Tournament" Ika asked cheery mood, despite his mask being on a smile was definitely on his face.

 "Oh the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply breathtaking" Weiss said.

Yang sighed.

"You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring" Yang said.

She turned to us.

"Can't you mind trick her to enjoy it...like a normal person" Yang asked.

"We can try" Ika joked.

"Do or do not, there is no try" I said.

"Quiet you" Weiss said.

We walked to a railing.

"Remind me again why we're spending our friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks" Yang said.

"They smell like fish" Ruby said holding her nose.

"Wear this" Ika said giving Ruby his helmet.

She put it on happily.

"NO FISH SMELL" She cheered.

"I've heard that students visiting from Vacuo will be arriving from ship today, and as a representative of Beacon I feel as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom" Weiss said.

"She wants to spy on them so she can have the upper hand in the tournament" Blake said.

"You can't prove that" Weiss spat.

Ika turned to me.

"Prepare to read her mind" He said.

"Roger roger" I said as we both stuck our hands out.

"NOOOOO" Weiss shouted as she pushed our hands away.

We laughed.

"Woah" Ruby said.

Everyone turned to where she was looking.

It looked like a store robbery.

We walked on over.

Two members of the Vale city authority were investigating.

"What happened here" Ruby asked.

"Robbery, second dust shop to be hit this week, this place is turning into a jungle" Officer 1 said.

"That's terrible" Yang said.

"Hey they left all the money again" Officer 2 said.
