Harry is in his room and is being called out by Vernon to do the chores. Harry accidentally knocks down a vase and Vernon starts to hit him.
Time skip tonight
Harry is waiting for his 14th birthday to hit not knowing that he has an inheritance. When midnight comes, he starts going through an extreme mass of pain. The pain became so unbearable, he started to scream which made Vernon, Petunia, and Dudley come rushing downstairs to yell and hit Harry. But when they got there, they saw that his body was lifeless in the room. But after a few seconds, he awoke with blood-red eyes. When the Dursleys saw them they were terrified. Harry then heard a peck on the window. He turned to look out the window and saw an owl with a letter that had the Gringotts seal on it. Harry opened the letter and saw that it had read,
"Dear Mr. Harry J. Potter,
The goblins here at Gringotts have recently noticed that you have come into your creature inheritance. We have enclosed a copy of your birth certificate, both real and fake, and we have also noticed something wrong with your vaults. We would like you to come to Gringotts to take a creature inheritance test and sort out your vaults problem. This letter is a portkey to Gringotts, just say 'Creature", and you will be in Gringotts. We await your arrival.
Sincerely, The Goblins of Gringotts Bank"
Harry was confused, to say the least, but decided to go to see what the goblins found and to take an inheritance test. When he got there, he saw the goblin at the front desk and asked to see who managed the potter vault. The goblin told him to wait while he got Griphook. Time skip When Griphook came, he brought Harry to a room to take his inheritance test, but Harry realized he never read the birth certificate that was enclosed with the letter.
