BAKUGOU'S POV

Once we walk into the hospital I instantly demand to see my omega, and my little Rekka tries to act intimidating making all of us swoon. ' She is just like her mother....' I can't help but let myself whimper when I see the sickly pale, but still beautiful, omega laying in the hospital bed. She looks at us and smiles holding out her arms and the kids run to her crying. " Oi! I want hugs too." I whimper my children shocked but they nod letting me in. Hearing half-and-half's voice along with our other two friends. " Sweet hearts go get uncle Shoto and tell him I'll call him in soon. Make sure uncle Denki and uncle Kiri is okay too. " They nod running out and Rekka jumps in Icy hot's arms still crying. Koi shuts the door behind him and I finally break down my omega holding me close to her. " Alpha calm down." I practically whine in her chest while she runs her hands through my hair. " W-what did the doctor say?" My omega laughs making me huff wiping my eyes with her hands. " I'm fine. A little cold and my last heat that's all. " I stare at her knowing she is lying. " Tell me the truth Omega." She looks away and sighs. " Fine it is my last heat but.....I have a tumor." My heart and world stops tears streaming down my face. She sees my heart shatter in my eyes and waves her hands around. " No Katsu don't worry! It's not deadly they can get it out of me tomorrow. There is a low ass death rate so I'll be fine." I start to whimper my alpha crying and screaming. " Why...." She holds my face in her hands. " Katsu...." I look at her tears flowing faster and my breath turns into hiccups. " W-why does it have to be you?" My omega smiles making me cry more so she just holds me for an hour until I fall asleep on her. 

-NEXT DAY-

I wake up the a room full of our friends and family my kids cuddling to me. " Hey." Kirishima says while I look around trying to find my omega. " Where is she?" I ask sitting up making sure not to wake up my children. " She is in surgery. Has been for two hours now." I stop whimpering just as the doctor comes in looking at us. I jump up forgetting about Koi who was on me and he grunts falling off the bed making the now awake Omoide and Rekka laugh. " H-how is s-she?" I almost whisper looking at the doctor's emotionless eyes. " Well....."
