Amy's Destiny

The dark secret is revealed.

Readers, I did say I was gonna tell you why Sage has dark powers so in this chapter, it will explain why so please sit down, relax and read the chapter. Ok enough chit chat and lets do this

After the delightful speeches from Amy's parents and support from Amy's friends and her sister, Amy along with the rest walked out of the temple.

They were were walking till it was beginning to get dark so everyone rested on the... cold... uncomfortable... dirty ground.

Everyone went fast asleep except Amy.

Amy tried hard to sleep but she couldn't so she gave up, she stood up and went for a little walk, she thought it would maybe make her tired.

Sonic in other hand, one eye was open and he saw Amy got up and left.

Sage got up too and saw Amy leaving, he was worried if Amy couldn't sleep because of something happened to her or something so he followed Amy.

Sonic saw this and he growled. "I don't trust that hedgehog, not one bit" Sonic thought and stood up and was sneaking to the two hedgehogs.

Amy walked to a field full of colourful flowers so she sat on small hill, near a tree, lying on the tree looking at the sky thinking.

Sage walked to Amy with a concerned face. Amy felt something or someone is behind her so she turned back to see Sage.

Sonic was hiding in a bush spying on Amy.

"Oh Sage, what are you doing here and why are you up this late?", Amy asked him.

"I was wondering the same thing with you", Sage said and crossed his arms.

"Well, I couldn't sleep so I thought I would wanna take a walk to help me get tired but I guess it didn't work so I came here to clear and calm my thoughts", Amy smiled a
and turned facing back to the sky full of beautiful, shinning stars.

Sage nodded and sat next to Amy looking at the stars with her and this made Sonic mad and jelly (short word for jealous) of Sage.

Amy's smile dropped but still looked the stars being sad.

"Amy, is there something wrong" Sage asked her.

"N-no, there's nothing wrong" Amy forced a smile but Sage could see that Amy is forcing herself to smile.

"No, I don't think you're tell the truth. Amy please tell me, I'm your friend after all, I can help you" Sage smiled with sympathy.

Amy sighed and said "I guess I have no choice. You see, I didn't quite get what my mom said. She said you never know how strong you are until being strong is the only you have. She said if I get it I will understand true strength and I might be more powerful but I don't get it" Amy said sadly.

"Don't worry Amy, I'm sure soon you'll get it" Sage smiled making Amy smiled too.

For hours, Amy and Sage were talking and laughing while Sonic was gritting his teeth and clenching his fist tightly.

"Hey Amy, Can you keep a secret?" Saved asked.

Amy nodded in response to his question.

"Do you know why you and your sister needed saving?" Sage asked Amy.

"Yes, you said you were in the building for some reason and saved us, why?" Amy smiled.

"Well, you see *sighed* promise me not to say a word to anyone?" Sage said seriously.

"Don't worry I won't", Amy responded.

Sonic was intrigued by this. He thought if he can expose the secret, the rest will be mad at him even Amy. That way Amy can stay away from him.

Sonic smiled evilly in that idea and decided to go a little closer to the Hedgehogs to hear his deep dark secret.

"I-I... am... Mephiles's... s-s-s son and I have dark powers "Sage said nervously.

With what Sage said Amy gasped and Sonic gasped too.

Amy and Sage heard something.

"Did you hear that?" Amy asked.

"Probably was just a wind" Sage said.

Sonic sighed in relief and continued to spy.

"The reason how I got into the building to save you because... you for some reason I saw a little in the sky forming a whirlwind in the clouds after that I was teleported in the building with confusion. I heard the whole conversation with you and that Lyric guy and my dad, I distracted them to save you and your sister", Sage said

"Ah, thanks for saving my sister me "Amy smiled.

"I'm feel sorry for you that your father is evil", Amy said to him

"You don't have to" Sage winked causing Amy to giggle.

"I'm just worried if I don't get stronger I might fail to defeat the Ancients. I'll let the team down, let my parents down, let me down and most of all let everyone down" Amy's smile dropped.

"Don't worry, everyone is here to help you, I'm here too", Sage grinned and hug Amy, she hugged back gently.

Sonic saw this and he went super loco (Spanish word for crazy). He accidentally stepped on a stick causing the stick to make a sound.

Amy and Sage let go of each other and they both glared at the bush.

They both stood up and went onto their fighting position and slowly walk towards the bush.

Sonic hoped the they didn't hear that but he was wrong, he had nowhere else to go so he tried to hide deeper and lower in the bush.

Amy had her hammer ready and Sage had dark purple aura around his hands ready to blast.

Sonic got his head out to see if the close is clear but he was wrong once again, Amy was shocked to see him then gave him a death glare.

"SONIC?!?!, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!", Amy shouted in anger.

"Amy, i-its not what it looks like, I can explain- ", Sonic said nervously and was cut off by Amy.

"I see what's going on here, YOU WERE SPYING ON ME AND SAGE!!!", Amy shouted as Sage was being in an awkward situation, scratching this quills apprehensively.

"No, no, I was just... ", Sonic hesitated.

"You was just what, Sonic, ANSWER ME!!, Amy screamed while her one eye was twitching and her fists were clenched tightly.

"I-I'm so- ", Sonic was about to apologise but was cut off by Amy again.

"NO!!, DON'T!!, I never knew you would do such a thing, off all people, you spied on me. I'm sick and tired of people spying on me. Can't I just have privacy and space for once. You're starting to act like Eggman and Lyric. YOU KNOW WHAT, SAVE YOUR STUPID APOLOGIES FOR SOMEONE WHO CARES CAUSE I DON'T!!", Amy shouted in anger to Sonic and she was about ran to away with tears falling down but Sonic grabbed her arm.

"Amy, I'm sorry" He apologised but Amy ignored him.

"LET ME GO YOU STALKER!!", Amy shouted and slapped Sonic's hand to remove his grib on Amy arm.

She ran with tears falling down her cheeks, she didn't cry like a baby but as the tears fall she was mad.

Sage felt really bad for her.

Sage is a son of Mephiles, crazy right? And Sonic is spying on Amy because he is jealous of Sage, hehehe.

And wow, I mean wow, Sonic did a wrong thing and Amy is mad at him.

I almost feel bad for him but don't worry, have hope, maybe Amy will forgive him, who knows?
