War is near

WITH HEROES

The heroes once again walked. Tails spotted no grass, plants, just sand and ground from a distance.

"Guys, I think we are really close to the Grand canyon", Tails informed everyone.

Everyone nodded and stopped walking.

"Ok guys, this is going to be our hardest battle we ever faced", Amy said. "Remember we all do teamwork and we all help each other. Sonic gang and me faced villains such as Dark Gaia, Black Arms, Infinite, The time eater monster, Shadow and more. The rest of you also must've faced powerful villains too".

Everyone nodded.

"Sapphire and I, have to defeat Lyric and Mephiles so we need all the help we can get", Amy said.

Sapphire smiled at Amy and she smiled back to her sister.

"Who's with me?", Amy asked and extend her arm out in front of her.

Sonic walked over to Amy and put his hand over her's. "I'm in" Sonic smiled.

Amy blushed lightly looking at her hand being touched by her crush.

Everyone smirked at the two.

"QUIT IT ALREADY!!!" Sonic yelled at everyone's smirky faces except Amy who's giggling at him.

Sticks, Knuckles, Tails, Cream, Cheese, Zekora, Daphne, Darin, Kai, Sapphire and Sage put their hands on one another's hands.

"3...2...1", everyone said in unison then they all raised their hand in the air and yelled "FOR THE WORLD!!!"

Buster climbed on everyone's head and slobbered them with slime. Everyone didn't care, they only care about the battle against they about to face

"Ok, war is near and I think Mephiles and Lyric are ready so be cautious", Daphne reassured everyone and they all nodded.

LYRIC AND MEPHILES

Lyric has just exited the Dark portal for that Mephiles made to retreat from the heroes into a tall tower near the grand canyon.

Lyric was fretful and a bit tired. He was disappointed at himself for not able to capture the two hedgehogs.

While he slithered to the Doomsday device, a dark hedgehog slowly approaches the snake in the mech suit.

Lyric knew that Mephiles would be disappointed at him but he has to tell the truth.

He took a deep breath and began to speak. "Mephiles, I have failed you", he informed Mephiles. "I... I couldn't-".

"It's fine... You are actually useful", Mephiles communicated in Lyric's mind.

Lyric raised his brow, he didn't quite understand what he meant.

"What do you mean?" Lyric asked him curiously.

Mephiles just chuckled and pointed at Lyric's metal under arm.

Lyric stared at Mephiles confused then he took a look at his metal under arm.

Under his metallic arm is a small device beeping blue and pink colours.

Lyric looked rather curious at the device. "What's this", he asked pointing at the small device.

"Remember you got attacked by the pink Hedgehog, Amy Rose?", He asked him.

"Yes", Lyric responded quite hesitantly.

"I installed that device onto you... When you were attacked by dark Amy, the device took samples of her power", Mephiles explains.

"Soo..." Lyric asked trying to elaborate in his explanation.

"Soo..", He mocked. "We can use that power to power up the Doomsday device. Amy's dark power is enough to take over the world and also to resummon the dark demon monsters"

Lyric was intrigued by Mephiles's idea. They both evil laughed.

Now all they have to do is wait for the heroes to fall in their trap and to fail.
