Chapter 11~

A few moons later SnowMoon was sitting in the clearing waiting for YellowPaw and KalePaw to come back from their warriors assessment. She was sitting with LillyWind and FoxHeart talking and enjoying each others company. " So SnowMoon, have you and my son talked about having kits anytime soon?" Asked FoxHeart. " Oh, um yes we have actually. I Told him that I wanted some time was a warrior before I get stuck into the Nursery with kits. Hey LillyWind, when will your two be apprenticed? Soon I assume since you had just given birth around the time I came to ThunderClan?" asked SnowMoon. " Oh they'll be six moons in a few days, that's when I'll bring it up to EchoStar. I've been thinking about mentors, so my ideas are JayClaw and VoleRush. What do you two think?" said LilyWind. " Well I think they both will be great mentors, despite the fact JayClaw hates me, they both seem like great warriors." said SnowMoon. " I agree with SnowMoon my dear, VoleRush was a good mentor when he trained JayClaw, and JayClaw is a great warrior and maybe with a cat to train he'll learn to be more respectful. You know JayClaw is half clan right? His mother took a mate with a WindClan tom, no cat knows who of course. Oh look at Me I'm already gossiping like an elder. That's what I get from spending all my time in that silly den" said FoxHeart. He let out of mrrow of laughter. SnowMoon shook her head at the older tom.

Soon the Apprentices entered camp with their mentors by their sides, all four of them carrying prey. EchoStar met the mentor's entering camp and talked to them, then he headed his way to the High Rock. "  All Cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the High Rock for a clan meeting!" cats gathered around and waited for him to speak again. " Today we are gathered to witness these two apprentices become full Warriors of ThunderClan. So by my honor as clan leader. So I, EchoStar, leader of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn. YellowPaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" said EchoStar. " I do." Squeaked YellowPaw. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. YellowPaw, from this moment on you will be known as YellowWisker. StarClan honors your hyperness and good energy, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan." Said EchoStar, then he turned to Kale paw. " And you,KalePaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" he asked. "I do." said KalePaw.  "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. KalePaw, from this moment on you will be known as KaleTalon. StarClan honors your Strength, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan."

SnowMoon was the first cat to cheer for her friends, she screamed. "YellowWisker! KaleTalon!" Over and over again. EchoStar jumped down and laid his head on both of the new warriors heads. She could see he exchained words with the two cats. Soon the cats began to depart and some had gone towards the new warriors to give them praise, SnowMoon was one of them. " Congrats you two, I knew you could do it. Now you both are warriors and you both have to sit vigil tonight. Good luck, both of you, Trust me it gets hard to stay awake." Said SnowMoon, she gave both cats a lick on the head. The two warriors made their way to the camps entrance to go sit vigil.

SnowMoon wanted to go and talk to WillowWish about her not eating as much as normal. So she made her way over to the Medicine den and stepped inside. WillowWish was lounging near the pool of water in the den, and was sorting some herbs. This was one of the few times SnowMoon has ever been in this den, each time it shocked her about how beautiful it was. " WillowWish? I need to ask you something, do you have time?" she asked. The white she cat turned around and met SnowMoon's gaze. " Yes? What is it SnowMoon?" asked WillowWish. " Well.. I haven't had much of an appetite lately, and I've been overly tired the past week. I wanted to see if you would look me over and see if it is anything serious. If you don't have time that's fine I can come back later." said SnowMoon. " No, no it's fine, I was just sorting some of my herbs, I do it every day. Come here and let me have a look at you." said the white cat. SnowMoon stepped forward and sat down. WillowWish began to examine her, she poked her in the stomach which made her squirm a bit. A few moments later WillowWish's blue eyes went wide, then she started to pur. " Well, well, SnowMoon it seems you are expecting kits, about three moons till you are due to kit. Congratulations to you and EchoStar I presume? I will be able to see how many kits in about two or two and a half moons." said WillowWish. SnowMoon sat there in shock, she was having kits already?! She was barely made into a warrior more or less five moons, was she ready for motherhood? So many thoughts were running through her head at the moment, she was brought back into reality when a cat entered the den. It was EchoStar, he looked to WillowWish to SnowMoon, he looked confused and concerned. " Is everything alright SnowMoon? What seems to be the matter with her WillowWish?" he asked. The two she cats looked at each other with understanding. " She was just worried about something and wanted me to check her over to make sure it wasn't anything bad. In which she is in perfect health, more than actually. I'll leave you two alone now, I must continue sorting my supplies." said WillowWish. The white she cat went back to sorting her herbs in the corner of the den. EchoStar approached SnowMoon, he scanned her over, probably scared incase something was wrong.  " Well what was wrong Snow? You seem shocked? Or are you happy, I honestly can't tell right now." asked EchoStar. " Yes, calm down, and both I suppose, I wish I could've had more time before this but, well, um.. I'm expecting your kits! Our kits..." said SnowMoon. EchoStar sat there for a few long minutes, shock written all over his face, soon he started to jump around the den like an excited kit. Happiness was exploding from him, he rushed up to SnowMoon and jumped on top of her. SnowMoon started to laugh, and further from the den you could hear WillowWish and MinnowTail laughing from where they sat. " Get off you furball, or you'll squish me and the kits!" Squealed SnowMoon. EchoStar scrambled off of her, embarrassment was seething from him. " Uh don't tell the others about my burst of excitement, I'm the leader and I have to be sophisticated. That was far from it, I'm serious you two back there! This stays between us four!" shouted EchoStar playfully. The two medicine cats came closer, MinnowTail was sticking her tongue out at EchoStar, and WillowWish rolled her eyes at the two cats. " Go on you two and leave the den so I can get this one back to work. It seems she thinks she can slack off since two cats are celebrating in our den. Go on you two get." said WillowWish with a tone of amusement. SnowMoon stood up and walked towards the exit, while EchoStar bowed to WillowWish. " Yes, the almighty WillowWish." said the tom jokingly. After he said that she took a playful swat at him and hit his ear." " You may be leader boy, but I can still beat you in a fight, now leave please." after that the two cats left the den, both laughing as they went.

A few minutes later EchoStar asked, " Should I address the clan about this? I feel like I should, I feel like I need to go to the gathering Island and scream it at the top of my lungs. I'm so happy right now Snow, I love you so much." EchoStar licked her cheek, a loud purr came from his throat. " Calm down furball, and I love you too. If you want to tell the clan then go ahead, I'll be right behind you." she said. EchoStar made his way to the High Rock, and jumped up, SnowMoon followed his actions. " All cats old enough gather beneath the HighRock for a clan meeting!" Cats began to gather beneath the two cats, ThrushClaw made his way to join his leader on the rock, there was confusion in his eyes. ThrushClaw came up to his leader and whispered over to him. " You just ended the last one mere minutes ago, what is the matter?" " Hush you'll see." said EchoStar. " I have just received the most wonderful news from WillowWish and SnowMoon. SnowMoon is expecting MY kits, she will be moving into the Nursery when it's time.  That's all I needed to share, thank you all for listening to me. I know it probably pointless to have called a meeting for that, I'm just overjoyed." EchoStar laughed after he finished talking. All that was heard after that was congratulations and a scoff from JayClaw, who seemed to really hate anything to do with SnowMoon. Cats soon left the clearing and went to their dens, or some left for the night patrol, but EchoHeart just sat down and looked around the camp, SnowMoon sat down by his side, the two of them enjoying the quiet.
