“My first mission was a test, it was awesome, but it lasted a week. Marcus was amazing, I tried not to stare at him while fighting but he was too fascinating. Anyway, I passed and killed a lot of Locusts; I got to choose some weaponry. I chose a Lancer and two Longshots. Marcus congratulated me with a handshake; his hands are so big, haha. Lieutenant Hannah Yeager out”
Hannah closed her book and smiled. “I wonder what he is doing?”
A knock on the door startled Hannah, so she got up and opened it. “Hello?”
Marcus and Dom were at the door. Dom smiled. “Hannah, we have a mission to go on.”
Hannah smirked. “Another test?”
Marcus shook his head. “No, just a mission to kill locusts.”
Hannah chuckled. “Good.”
Marcus walked off while Dom looked at Hannah and smiled. “You know, Marcus has been talking about you.”
Hannah looked at Dom and gasped. “Has he? Don’t get my hopes up…”
Dom chuckled. “I’m not kiddin’ he has.”
Hannah blushed. “Was he with you and Baird?”
Dom nodded. “And Cole.”
Hannah looked down. “Doesn’t he like Anya though?”
Dom shrugged. “No idea, but if he did, he would of told me.”
Hannah started walking with Dom. “Are you sure he does?”
Baird walked up to Hannah and Dom. “Pretty sure.”
Hannah smiled and looked at Baird. “Seriously blondy?”
Baird sighed and crossed his arms. “Don’t call me that.”
Hannah snickered while Dom laughed. They headed for the Raven that was waiting for them outside. Marcus was waiting as well. “What took you guys so long?”
Cole patted Marcus on the back. He was there too. “We’ve got a lot of Locusts to kill!”
Hannah blew hair out of her face and got on. “Aren’t we supposed to scout an area then camp there if there isn’t any?”
Marcus nodded. “I’m afraid so.”
Hannah sighed and sat down, facing Marcus. “Well that’s just great!”
Marcus seemed to smirk at what she said. “I hope so.”
