Isac had struggled to talk to the teachers in letting him attend this discussion, but he managed in the end. 

Isac was currently sitting beside Principle Nezu since he needed to say something later on.

Naomasa was currently standing up in front while holding some papers, "Our investigators are trying to find anything about this so-called league of villains. We've made some progress, but we can't find anything on this Shigaraki fellow."

"He's using an alias", Isac blurted out.

"How do you know that?", Vlad scowled.

"I believe the department has already investigated the quirk he has right?", Isac asked Naomasa, and Noamasa nodded, "That means he's an underground figure. I also couldn't find anything of him stating that his name is actually Tomura, so he's covering his actual name for something."

"What do you mean you investigated?", Allmight asked.

"As a vigilante, you make connections to both the light and dark sides of the Tokyo", Isac stated.

"I thought I told you no more vigilantism?", Naomasa stated.

"That was before my friends were attacked", he then glared at Naomasa, "If someone throws a punch at me, I'll deliver the payback 10 times harder, no matter what the consequences are." Isac then relaxed, "Anyways returning to the topic, I believe that you too didn't get anything off of Kurogiri villain am I right?"

"Yes", Noamasa said.

"I believe that he must be using another alias and that he must be someone who had disappeared from a long time ago", Isac stated.

"That's a good thought, I'll take it into account", Noamasa said as he started writing down this hypothesis. 

"So what you guys are saying is that we don't know anything", Vlad said

"We have to take them down. I shot their ring leader, but once he heals he'll probably try something like this again, what a pain", Snipe said.

"He did seem like the type", Allmight added.

"Is something on your mind, Allmight?", Nezu asked.

Allmight moved his hands toward his chin, "The attack on the USJ was....to bold. No sane person would attempt it, the ring leader kept on monologuing about the reason he was there and he bragged about Nomu's many quirks but he never said a word about his own powers. When things didn't go his way he was visibly upset like was about to throw a tantrum."

"An adult with a brats attitude that's really bad especially since he has incredible power", Isac then grabbed a pencil as he did the pencil grew mold on it and broke, disintegrating itself. "He has a destruction type quirk, its like disintegration, luckily I managed to copy it while we were in battle."

"So you really fought him alongside Aizawa?", Midnight seductively asked.

"Yes, and what Allmight is saying was true, that man acted as if he was a spoiled child who never took no as an answer", he said. "In total there were 72 villains that were arrested in the attack, but all of them were just common thugs. People who didn't have much power and influence."

"True, but something is worrying about this situation", Naomasa exclaimed. "This man was able to gather all of them and become their leader, it seems that villains are getting desperate and are aligning themselves with other villains."

"That shows us that we need to make a plan as soon as possible, luckily for you, I have one", Isac said standing up.

"Isac, we told you before that doing something like this is-", Noamasa was suddenly cut off by someone.
