Struggles in mind, trapped in ice

Isac's POV..........Timeskip..................

The event ran casually, to my displeasure, I had really thought that the league of villains would show up, but sadly they didn't. The obstacle race was easy, I let  Shoto and Kastuki face each other off, but neither of them won, it was actually Midoryia who got first place, I got 4th right behind Katsuki. The cavalry battle was fun but in the end, it really didn't matter, I managed to snatch a few headbands and maintain my spot. It was the first time I ever saw Momo and Shouto work together, but Shouto still seemed to act like they weren't friends. She still seemed to be angry at Midoryia for some reason.

Suddenly I saw something that shocked me, Shouto had used her fire, it was only an instant but I saw it. I looked at Momo who also had a surprised expression on her, I was asking myself why Shouto would be using her quirk on Midoriya of all people, I needed to talk to her.

Shouto's team had won first place in the cavalry battle, it was due to snatching the 1 million headband off of Izuki. 

Finally, it was time for the main event, it was time for me to see how the rest of the class would manage.

Timeskip...................Third POV............

"Thank you, everyone! Now, let's take a small break before we commence with the main event!!!!", yelled Present Mic. Everyone cheered, while the students started leaving the arena after we left they started leaving themselves.

Isac quickly ran beside Shouto and smiled, "So Shouto are we still going to hang out like-"

Shouto quickly walked forward avoiding him, "I have something else to do." She then quickly walked away and left.

"Hey Isac, how is she?", Momo asked after she witnessed Shouto'sactions.

"She seems worse than before, it's her father....", Isac didn't notice it, but Momo did. He somehow exerted a terrible aura of hatred.

Momo quickly grabbed Isac's hand snapping him back to reality, "Calm down.....we should worry about this later when she's ready."

Isac sighed and smiled, somehow even though they were recently dating they were rubbing off on him. "Yeah, let's go", he said.

Shouto, on the other hand, was determined to confront a green-haired girl from the cavalry battle.

Timeskip..............................................................................

Lunch for the students was normal, all except for a few students of class 1-a, specifically five girls who noticed a certain aura from a black-haired boy.

[What's wrong with Isac? Ribbit...], Asui thought.

Mina who was looking at the black-haired boy noticed his different appearance, he didn't change anything but something about him was different, [I wonder whats going on?]

Jirou noticed her friends looking at Isac and also seemed to notice his difference, [He must be worried,..... probably for the tournament.]

[I can't see his manliness, something must be bothering him], Eiji thought while looking at her crush.

Isac was acting normally and eating at a table with Momo, but she could obviously tell that he was worried about Shouto. She extended her hand and held his hand, Isac looked up and Momo just gave a calm warming smile.

Isac smiled and his mood seemed a little better.

[If she won't tell me what's bothering her......then I'll force it out], Isac thought with determination.
