For the past 3 years, it has been hell for Naruto and his family as they cant seem to find YN, Hinata seems to keep going back to YN's room thinking that YN will come back and they can be a family, Boruto wasn't wanting to look for him, because he knows that his parents will want to have their attention on his brother. However, Himewari was looking forward to YN coming back as she was making pictures of him and her as well as the family together. They just for some reason can't find YN, why is that? You think that they would be able to find him, but heres the thing. YN was in a deep dark forest where he was practicing with his newly found Chakra. That's right. YN now has Chakra, he is a fire user, oh you were wondering what happened between YN and Matatabi? Well what had happened was, YN and Matatabi were now friends and living together, she went to YN one day, that's right matatabi is a female, anyway she went up to YN and hugged him from behind. Oh I forgot to tell you matatabi can transform into a human. Anyway, back to the story

YN "Hey Matta."

Matatabi "YN what are you doing?"

YN "Well I'm just working on using my fire chakra abilities. I want to master them before I do anything else."

Matatabi "Oh come on, lets do something else."

YN "*Sigh* Okay what do you want to do?"

Matatabi "This."

She jumped on YN and pressed her lips to his and he held onto her as he fell back and landed on a tree stump.

YN "Is this all you wanted to do?"

Matatabi "No."

They then hear a twig break and they stopped what they were doing and moved away from anyones sight and saw a group of ninja running by.

??? "Where could they have gone? They were just here a second ago."

??? Err, find them."

They all separate and look for YN and Matatabi.

YN "Up for a little hunting?"

Matatabi "Yeah."

He walks out of the bushes and takes off running to where everyone else is at. Matatabi ends upgoing around and stopping them in their tracks making them fall down. When they see that Matatabi is in her human form, they try to touch her.

Ninja "Hey beautiful care to tell us where your boyfriend is at?"

He went up to her and touched her hair and she smacked his hand away.

Matatabi "Look behind you."

They turn around and they see a rather pissed off YN as flames surround his body.

Ninja "B-blue flames? That's impossible, the only one to have those is the two tailed beast."

Matatabi "Exactly."

They turn around and Matatabi's skin starts to peel away and she turns into the two tails. YN grabs the ninja and throws him and grabs a chain and wraps it around the ninjas neck and pulls him toward him and knockss him to the ground and stomps on his head squishing it like a grape.

Matatabi goes back to her human form and she grabs YN's hand and the two go head to the stream and they hunt for fish. As they are doing this, they hear some people running by.

Ninja 1 "I can't believe that there is going to be a tournament in the hidden leaf."

Ninja 2 "I know, I didn't think that they would do it. Also only the toughest ninja will win. So no hard feelings."

Ninja 1 "In your dreams, the last match is against the Hokage, so it's going to be a tough fight."

They are far away to where they can't be heard anymore and YN begins thinking.

YN "A tournament where the winner gets to fight the Hokage huh. Interesting."

Matatabi "YN, no."

YN "YN, yes. I will fight in this tournament and I will win."

Matatabi "Are you sure that you want to do this? You'll be fighting your father, who has bonded with the nine tails to over a decade."

YN "I'm positive and if I don't win, oh who am I kidding? I know my fathers weaknesses. I may not be stronger than him but I could get through his defenses and take him out. Not kill him but knock him out, because in a battle its not about being stronger, its about who can get the upper hand. Especially since he is weak against genjutsu, despite having Kurama sealed within him, he can't get out of genjutsu for the life of him."

Matatabi "When are we leaving then?"

YN "Tomorrow morning."

Matatabi "Okay should give us some time to relax and continue what we were doing earlier."

YN "Okay fair enough since. I want to take you with me to the hidden leaf and you don't want to go, its fair that I do something you want."

The two go back to kissing and head back to the cabin after getting a bunch of fish.

Cut to the Hidden Leaf

Naruto is now preparing for the tournament that is going to start tomorrow afternoon, but he can't stop thinking about his missing son. Kurama was having trouble as well, he couldn't sense Matatabi's Chakra anymore, she was missing and none of the other tailed beasts could find her.

Naruto "YN, if you're out there, please come home."

Hinata "Naruto I want him back here. He's been gone for way too long."

Naruto "We'll get him back here."

He then hugged her and they went home ready for tomorrows tournament.

YN "Only a matter of time."
