Today is the day that I get to face my father in the finals. I got everything ready for today, I was still a bit nervous, but was also excited.
YN "I'm ready."
Matatabi "Are you sure that you can do this?"
YN "Yeah, I'm sure. I mean, I've gotten this far and it's too late to back down now."
Naruto's pov
I look at Boruto as he is in the infirmary still beaten up from his fight yesterday.
Naruto "What happened? What did you see?"
Boruto "I-I saw YN as a kid he then hit me and the last thing I remember is being hit by fire and not being able to move my arms."
Hinata "Something seemed off about that Dragon ninja. He wasn't taking any damage from your attacks; it was the same thing when he fought Sarada and the Rock village ninja. I mean his clothes were destroyed but that was it."
Naruto "It has to be someone strong and experienced, because he has a Rinnegan and he knows how to use it very well."
Hinata "Well what was that necklace that he had picked up off the ground?"
Naruto "It was the Necklace that belonged to Neji Hyuga."
Hinata "W-what? How did he get it? Hanabi had it the whole time."
Naruto "It may seem like he may have stolen it. Hanabi hasn't told me how she lost it, so I was going to ask her, but I was wondering, could you do it?"
Hinata "Yeah, I could ask her."
Naruto "Thank you. I must get going, I have to prepare for this fight. I'm going to unmask this Dragon ninja and see who he really is."
YN's Pov
I'm at the gate waiting to enter the fight. When I could hear footsteps behind me.
YN "What do you want Hyuga?"
Hanabi "I had a feeling that it was you YN."
YN "I'm not YN, I'm the Dragon."
Hanabi "Oh really? Then why do you have Neji Hyuga's necklace the same one I gave to my nephew for his 13th birthday?"
I looked at her and she walked up to me and grabbed my mask. I grabbed her hand and she said.
Hanabi "It's okay I won't tell anyone who you are."
I let go of her hand and she removed my mask and smiled.
Hanabi "It's so good to see you YN."
She then hugged me very tightly and then kissed me on the cheek.
YN "You know how much I hated when you did that."
Hanabi "I know, I just had to since you decided to up and go like that and not return for years. So why not try to embarrass you."
YN grumbled under his breath and put his mask back down.
Hanabi "Why did you hurt your brother like that yesterday?"
YN "Because, he's a Shinobi and they should be able to take hits far worse than that."
She had a sad look on her face and then the door was starting to open and she said.
Hanabi "I have to go, I'll see you later?"
YN "Maybe, if I'm not chased out of the village."
She then ran off and the door opens revealing the large crowd. I was being booed as they were cheering for the Hokage to win this match.
There he was, my father. I walked up to him and he reached his hand out and I gave him a hand shake for the match to start. I headed to one side and he headed to the other.
No one's Pov
Hanabi makes it to her seat and sits down next to Hinata and Himawari.
Hinata "Where were you?"
Hanabi "I was doing something, but It looks like I made it in time."
Hinata "There was something that I wanted to ask you."
Hanabi "Sure."
Hinata "Neji's necklace. What did you do with it?"
Hanabi "I gave it to YN for his 13th birthday.
Hinata "O-oh."
YN's Pov
I'm moving back and forth looking at my father ready to fight him.
Announcer "Let the match. Begin!"
