43' Oracles and Mysteries pt. 2

Apollo's Point of View

Nauna si Harmonia dahil nagparaya na si Penthesilea. She confidently walked up to the throne, umupo siya at hindi na nagulat nang kapitan siya ng mga vines.

Nang makapitan ko rin ang vines nagulat ako nang maramdamang... hindi siya isang demigod. She is a pure deity, or an offspring of two Gods.

My mouth gaped open. She is a daughter of Ares and Aphrodite. An offspring of Aphrodite's love affair. Napasapo ako sa'king noo, hindi 'to alam ng iba, at hindi nila pwedeng malaman dahil malamang sa malamang ay magagalit si Hephaestus, na asawa ni Aphrodite.

Si Penthesilea naman ngayon ang nakaupo sa trono, her eyes seemed dark but bright like Zeus'. Ngunit mukha siyang mas intimidating kaysa sa iba. After all, her mortal mother was an Amazon.

Wala na siyang ibang sinabi kaya't sinimulan ko na ang test. Bahagya akong nahirapan dahil tila blangko ang kaniyang isip at puso. Finally, the oracle of Dodona chanted.

I closed my eyes and saw his past. He is a legendary thief in the mortal world. Tss, anak nga ito ni Hermes. But then, his past had blurs, hindi ko iyon ganoong nakita pero meron dong babae na blurry.

I saw the dark prophecy or the Oracle of Trophonius approaching me, at nagulat ako.

That is one scripture I saw. Harmony... as in Harmonia? I also saw him dying in the near future, as he bounded his soul to someone forgotten. At unti-unti rin siyang malilimutan dahil nakasoul-bound lamang siya roon.

Will it happen? Rinig kong tanong ni Autolycus sa'kin.

I tried seeking for answers from the Oracle of Dodona. But it only answered, he can be saved by the one who replaced.

I now saw a picture of the other mortal girl. The one who had black hair, and a glint of red eyes. A girl who looked like Persephone. So, she is the replacement?

Ibig sabihin para mabuhay si Autolycus, he needs to get soul-bounded to the girl. Pero nakikita kong mahihirapan siyang gawin iyon.

Sinira naman ni Autolycus ang vines kaya nagulat ako. Hindi ko na nakita pa ang iba pang sinasabi ng oracle, it was not yet finished!

"That's enough for me, Apollo. I hope it was for you too. Wala na akong gustong makita pa," sabi niya at nagbow sa'kin.

My eyes followed his footsteps, and it was as if he was ready to die, and remain unsaved. Nakita kong nilagpasan niya lang ang babaeng nasa pangitain niya. Nagtaas kilay sa kaniya ang babae bago lumapit sa platform.

Habang palapit siya nang palapit, mas lalo akong namangha sa kaniya. Kamukha niya nga talaga si Persephone. Indeed, mukha siyang anak ni Hades at Persephone.

Bumaba ang tingin ko sa leeg niya, at mas lalong nagulat nang makita ang kwintas sa pangitain ni Harmonia.

Umupo siya sa trono, the vines held her kaya't lumutang ako sa ere para kapitan din ang vines.

My heart stopped when I felt the magical girdle of Aphrodite on her waist too.
