Pros:
-user can heal many people at once
-user can protect innocent and good souls
-user can make a snow storm if needed
-user can freeze people who have done evil things
-ice doesn't ruin clothes
-user can fly by manipulating wind
Cons:
-the darker the soul, the harder it us to freeze
-user will be pushy to others
-user will be unable to make ice after freezing up to 1000 evil souls a week
Weakness: Ragnarok fire
User will quickly spiral out of control and be replaced with a merciless version of themselves who will hurt anyone that gets in their way. This can be broken by a hug from someone they love, if they're able to get close enough of course.
