-user will have crystal horns they can change size off
-user can produce beam of ice

-user can't control ice they produce
-user must drink A LOT of water and eat cold food
-horns are painful when growing and changing
-user will lose scales and crystals easily
-user will be blind
-user will prefer cold mountains
Weakness: lava
The ice crystals will melt and so will the the user's scales, it be painful
