The Big Day

When Taylor got up she was so excited, but as she looked around her heart dropped. 'Where's Jake?' she thought. As she moved her hand across the bed she didn't feel him next to her. Her eyes shot open but soon found an envelope on her stand. She opened it and could tell it was from Jake. 'Meet me down stairs after you get ready darling' she read. Taylor smiled as it said darling and got out of bed. She went to her bathroom, changed into jeans and a crop top and walked down the stairs.

As she approached the living room she smiled. Placed on the table sat a breakfast feast all planned out. She felt so special. She smiled even bigger as Jake came from behind her and picked her up swinging her in the air. "Happy birthday Tay" he said happily. Taylor giggled and said,"Thanks." "C'mon let's eat " he suggested.

Once they had both finished eating it was 12 in the afternoon. "You are coming to my shifting right?" Taylor asked. Jake sighed softly and shook his head. "No but I'll be watching," he said. Taylor nodded to u at his comment. "C'mon you should get more rest because tonight we are running once you shift and you have to do the alpha ritual. She nodded and Jake picked her up bridal style and carried her to her room once more. He laid her on the bed and stroked her hair gently. As she drifted to sleep he softly said,"See you tonight sweet heart" He got up and grabbed another envelope and wrote a note in it again.

When Taylor got up she found another note. It said' See you soon' she smiled as she smelt the note seeing that It really was his by the cologne he has on all the time. When she looked at the time on the clock she saw it was 11:50pm. She quickly got dressed for her party. As she was getting ready her friends Jenna and Riley came up to her room. "Darling don't rip that when you shift please?" Jenna said. "I won't " was Taylor's reply.

When she had finished getting ready all three of them walked down stairs. Jenna and Riley had been Taylor's friends ever since Taylor started attending  their school. They were all werewolves . Jenna was Taylor's beta and Riley was Taylor's warrior wolf.

As they went outside Taylor started to feel weird, like something was smashing her bones and rearranging them. 'It must be twelve now' she thought. She fell to the ground as her bones started cracking and changing. After about a minute it all stopped.. As she stood she could feel the wind going through her fur. She saw everyone was staring at her. "What's up?" She asked confused. Someone handed her a mirror. As Taylor looked at herself in wolf formation her heart dropped. "There are rarely any white wolves left" her foster mother said in a whisper. "You are the only one left" her father said. Just as he said that Taylor picked up a scent.

Taylor's point of view

My wolf started talking to me immediately and screamed MATE!! I got so excited. My mother nodded and I ran straight through the woods. The scent my mate had of roses and cinnamon. As I kept running I stopped at the border of my house and Jake's. I had a puzzled look as I jumped their fence and ran into the woods. There he was, standing at the rivers edge holding roses.in his mouth. "Jake your my mate"I exclaimed. He nodded at me as I got closer to him. He was  a beautiful wolf I always thought. "Your the last white werewolf."he said as I nodded softly. He smiled and came up to me. He leaned my head back slightly and bit my neck, symbolizing I was his mate. I did the same after. We both licked each other's neck after we bit Because there was a little blood. "I love you Tay" he said softly in my ear. "I love your too" I said.

We headed back to my house as Jake walked right next to me. "C'mon we need do the ritual." My dad screamed."You have 5 hours to get me a black rogue wolf and a grey," my brother said. I nodded I knew what I had to do. They started the clock and I was off 'You can do it sweet heart' Jake said through a mind link. I smiled and thanked him. Once I reached the woods I could smell them already.

I killed a big black wolf and swung it over my back. It had already been one house I need to find the other grey wolf. As I walks round the woods smelling the time passed and I had two hours left. I started panicking but it all disappeared once I saw it. There sitting on the river edge was a grey wolf. In a quick Sprint I was already onto him. He sensed i was coming and put up a fight he scratched my face as I whimpered loudly, hearing Jake growl loudly. I pushed off the pain and went for his neck. I dug my teeth into his neck and soon heard a loud snap. I picked up the wolf and the black one and ran to my house. When I arrived there, there was an hour and thirty minutes left. Everyone looked at me stunned. "What?"I asked. "No one has ever done it that fast. " Jake exclaimed. Everyone nodded  me as I looked shocked. "Oh" was all I said.

After the party Jake and I went upstairs. He cuddled with me in the blanket as we kissed a lot. I loved feeling his lips on mine and I guess Heather did too. Heather was my wolf's name. I could feel her whimper with lust as they kissed making me whimper as he did also. 'Best birthday ever' I said in a mind link with him and the while pack. They all said back 'happy birthday' "Happy birthday sweet heart. Let's get some sleep, you had a busy night. " I nodded and fell asleep in the arms of my mate Jake.
