The next day when i woke, I didn't feel Jake's presence beside me. My wolf whimpered in pain as he had left. I sat up searching the room for him. I was about to go down stairs when i heard a knock on my door. "Taylor you up?" said the familiar voice. My wolf ears the voice and jumped for joy. "Yea I'm up" I called back as he opened the door and walked in. He was wearing jeans and a collared red plaid shirt.

He walked towards me as I watched him biting my lip. I wanted him so badly. I smiled as he sat on my bed, pulling me onto his lap as he muzzled my neck. I moaned softly as I ran my finger through his hair. "I love you Tay." he said. "I love you too Jake,"I replied. Just then he picked me up and started walking towards my bathroom. 'What is he doing?'I thought to myself. He then put me down n took his shirt off, as he looked at me. I blushed deeply then he walked out smirking.

'Ugh you tease' i said to him in mind link

'aww babe you should've seen how red you were getting' he said back.

I decided to ignore him. I took my close off and showered. Once I  was done I walked out only in a towel. Sure enough he was staring at my body. I blushed but smirked and swayed my hips as I walked to the closet to change. I gestured him to follow. He walked up to me as I saw lust in his eyes. I ran my hand to his belt loops and stopped them. I was about to kiss him when I put my finger on his lips instead. I heard him growl as I smirked and closed the door to my closet and got ready. "That wasn't nice" he said through the door. "I know " I said as I made my way back out.

'Jake's birthday was almost here, and I still didn't know what to get him ' I thought as I walked out of the closet. "What do you want for your birthday?"I asked him. He looked at me with his killer smile and kissed my neck then whispered,"I already have what I wanted." he said as he kept kissing my neck.  I smiled but still wanted to get him something. "Ok,"I said .

We made our way to his car as I got in the passenger seat. He kissed me then closed my door. I smiled as I put my seat belt on. He made his way around the front of car and soon sat in the drivers seat. I smirked as I rested my hand on his knee, tracing circles each time i went higher. I could tell her was turned on as he couldn't stop blushing.

He pulled my hand off as I giggled. He put the red convertible in drive as we drove to school. Once he parked the car I unbuckled my seat belt hoping i was faster than him. I opened the door and was about to walk off to the building when a pair of hands grabbed me by the waist. The only thing was it wasn't Jake. I felt the grip held on me get tighter as I the person turned me around. As soon as I took one glimpse of them I knew who it was and what he wanted.

"Let me go Chris" I said trying to get free, but it didn't work he wouldn't loosen his grip. "Or what's gonna happen?" he asked whispering in my ear. I could feel my wolf Victoria going insane. Wanting to shift and rip his head off! In human form I was weak and small, that's why in was glad Jake was my mate. Just as Chris finished his sentence, he tightened his grip on me and pulled his other and gripped my ass. I whimpered in disgust as I heard a low growl.

Chris didn't notice and moved his hand towards my neck as he started to choke me. I was struggling for air fast. Chris tightened he grip as I could feel Jake and my foster brother coming closer. Before almost looking full consciousness I felt a pair of hands rip me out of Chris' grip. It still wasn't Jake. I wanted him to comfort me after what just happened. Instead it was Trevor, my 17 year old brother who's best friend is Jake. Trevor held me tight as I caught my breath. I could we someone swearing as I felt my heart jump and knew it was Jake. When I finally caught my breath I looked at them two. I got out my brothers arms and ran to Jake. He wasn't hurt or bruised, seems he was fine. When no looked at Chris I saw his lip was bleeding and he scrapes on his arms and legs.

Jake pulled me close to him as  he rapped his arms around my waist protective as he growled at Chris. Chris walked away as Jake turned me around. He looked at me,"you ok?" he asked. I nodded but he knew I was in pain. He lifted my shirt slightly and saw a bruise where Chris had grabbed me tightly. Jake let out a growl and then checked my neck. "Your neck is swelling"he said angrily. I hadn't noticed. Jake picked me up bridal style and carried me to the health room.

"Mrs I need your help." he said as his eyes were getting red.

Jake's point of view

I took Taylor straight to the health room after the fight. Her neck was red and swelling up. She had a really bad bruise on her side as well. I was so infuriated. No one touched her no one but me. I growled as the health room lady called the hospital. She looked scared as her eyes were teary. 'No I can't lose her, it's only been two days' I think to myself. Just as I say that I see it happen. I watch as she struggles to breath then blacks out. "Whta the hell just happened?" I practically yell. Now I am feeling out. I start pacing back and forth.

Once the ambulance came I got up and helped them place her on the stretcher. I followed behind them as I drove in my car silently swearing to myself. Her parents were notified as we got closer to the hospital. We soon arrived and they took her into the emergency room. Once we walked in the waiting room they wouldn't let me to her. I sat on the chair, angry as I ran my hands threw my hair. Just then her parents and Trevor walked in. "What happened?" her mother asked. "She was being harassed I fought the other guy...and I took he  to the health room...She passed out" I said pausing every one two words.

I was now balling my eyes out. 'This is all my fault' i thought. 'if I just walked with her he wouldn't have grabbed her' i said crying so much now. Trevor kept on patting my back as I soon let tears and fear take over my body and fell asleep. When i woke up it was tot he face of my best buddy and my lovers parents."She's okay Jake" they said. I nodded as I was literally so happy. I ran to her room and saw she was awake. She looked terrible. Her bruise was a little worse and she a collar to support her neck. "You okay?" I asked softly . She smiled and told me through mind link she was. I kissed her head. "No one will ever hurt you again I promise" I said as I kissed her head again and again.
