Investigation

Hanna POV

"We weren't at the the Rose Hotel, where do you get that idea?" I lied.

"We have a source." Garret said.

"And what source is that?" Spencer asked.

"Just so happened Detective Wilden is dead and he just so happened to been dating your mom Hanna and he's been investigating Spencer's sister."

"Wait why was he investigating my sister?" Spencer asked.

"What no more importantly why would my mom kill Wilden? She loved him." I said.

"Well why was her finger prints on the murder weapon?" Garret said.

"What this can't be she went on a date with Wilden that night." I said.

"Still doesn't change the fact that her finger prints was on the murder weapon. And Spencer we can't say why Wilden was doing what he was doing." Garret said with a serious face.

"I'm sorry but I have to go talk to my mom, there's just no way that she killed Wilden. This is all bullshit." I said getting up from the table.

"Hanna calm down they're gonna get to the bottom of this." Spencer said trying to calm me down.

"NO WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MY MOTHER HERE.. Unlike you Spencer she's all I've got."

"Do you need a ride home?" Garret asked.

"No ill walk. I need to clear my head anyways." I said walking out the interrogation room.

I got home and saw that my mom's car was in the driveway. It was unlike her to be home so early. Like she works at the bank.

I walked in the house. It was quiet, too quiet.

"MOM!" I yelled.

"Im outside." She called.

I walked to the backyard to the sight of my dad and my mom having a delightful conversation.

"What's going on around her?" I smiled.

"Nothing just having a good conversation." My dad smiled.

"Oh well then I guess I will talk to you guys later." I smiled even brigger at the thought of my mom and dad may be together.
