My weekend went by slow and fun. I went to the beach with my family on Saturday. On Sunday Wren and Jax came over we helped my mum make croutons and pea soup.
After eating most of it, we chill in my room and rewatch most movies we've actually seen.
Wren and Jax were so in love I could see it but they refused to admit it they literally adored the air each one breathed.
So finally here was Monday. I woke up not too excited about going back to sleep.
I pick a black long sleeved turtle neck and a white plaid skirt that was inches above my knee with a black heeled sandals.
I had my hair in a high ponytail with baby hair here and there after putting all my stuff in a white bag I head out without breakfast. Big guess my dad was out of town and my mum was working early.
I park beside a black ford. I've always wanted to buy a ford but I love my Bentley. I adore my Bentley don't get me wrong.
Strolling in I walk to Wren Jax and Keely all looking beautiful then we walked to class.
Chloe came in late and sat in her usual seat,
Chloe: hi guys
Me: hi, you're glowing wassup
Wren: she has a boyfriend what do you expect?
Keely: lol
Chloe: lol, I miss you guys.
Wren: of course you did. We're not letting you of the hook easy apologize.
I can't help but smile at my phone
Chloe: I'm sorry guys
Me: you're half forgiven
Chloe: bestie, this needs a group hug lara
Wren : fuck You
After class we all head to the library to do our assignments.
After an hour of scanning through the whole fashion magazines there we decide to go for lunch.
Harry approached us with Michelle
"Hi" he said and walked past us.
After they left Chloe started smiling mischievously.
"What's that smile I see" Wren pushed
"We kissed"
"Wow where?"
"On the mouth duh"
"Ew , I meant where?"
"Oh okay at the lake and at the cinema"
I'm sure Keely was cool with the answer now. I felt some kind of way hearing they kissed.
I was t supposed to care, duh she's my best friend I should be happy for her.
"Has he asked you yet?"keely asked
"For sex? Ew no"
"You fool. I meant to be his girlfriend"
"No but like we've gone out"
"Jeena could you please tell your bestie that if he hasn't asked the question they could just be friends with benefit"
After thinking about what Keely just said I felt it was true if a guy hasn't asked you to be his girl you're just giving him free kisses.
"It kinda of true" I say
She rolls her eyes "duh"
Next thing she starts talking about Harry picking her up at 12 that was really cute tho. Maybe he was a good guy I could try liking him for Chloe's sake.
I didn't feel like going home after lunch so I decided to stay in the gym.
"Hi nerd"
I turn to see him standing at the end of the row with his sleeves rolled up.
"Hi" I sat as he walks towards me and sit beside me.
"What're you watching?"
"Angry bird 2"
"Oh you act like zeta anyway"
" I might put you to freeze if I can"
Then we started chattering back and forth.
"Jeena? What's the full of it"
Hardly anyone asks me that "Regina Jacobs "
"Oh, it's a beautiful name"
"Thanks" that's the nicest thing I've ever heard him say "where's Chloe?"
"She went home already said parents emergency "
"Ohkay so how come you school here and I'm just seeing you?"
"I had to take a chill pill?" What did take a chill pill mean
"Take a chill pill?"
He takes some minutes and I guess it's private so I decide not to push " it's okay, I'm not your girlfriend"
"I wish you were"
"You're sick. How bout Chloe?"
"She's not my girlfriend "
Oh boy, did he even have any wish to ask her out soon.
I avoid the topic " why are you always wearing black. Black is my best colour but it doesn't make me dress like a ninja"
"So I dress like a ninja, awwn"
I jab at him playfully and roll my eyes.
"So can I get your number just Incase I need your help anyway"
That was a stupid excuse and I didn't know how Chloe would feel if I gave him but he wasn't her boyfriend so I gave him.
I felt bored and decided to go home he said he was going to walk me to my car and he did.
" you own this Bentley?"
"Yeah bruh you thought it was a rich boy again didn't you?" My feminist part fired up
"Relax man , I just thought it was sweet that you parked your car beside mine without knowing you know if it was a movie we would have met while leaving school"
" lol you're fucked up"
I drove off leaving him smiling, somehow I was glad we were now friends I drove home and left all the school drama behind.
