chapter one

Y/n, groaned as he slowly pulled himself to a sitting up position, gripping his chest in pain. What the hell happened to me? Y/n thought to himself in pain. Looking around he noticed he wasn't in the alley he was in previously.

Y/n: "God why must you be so curl to me"

He pulled himself to his feet and peeked into the street. It looked familiar but he just couldn't place it. Walking onto the sidewalk, Y/n picked to go left and started walking.
He had a familiar feeling hounding him as he walked through the streets of the city.

Y/n: :Where the fuck am I anyway?"

Y/n said, to himself as he strode down the street in the daylight. He saw a man with dog ears pass and he mused.

Y/n: "Definitely not on earth, that's for damn sure"

Y/n wondered what he was gonna do as a Blonde haired woman wearing white black and a grey haired man wearing a green jacket walked behind him. The man mused to his partner as they walked.

Ozpin: "That boy looks like, you know who Glynda"

Glynda: "You sure?"

Ozpin: "I got a glance at his face, the similarity's are to close, I just need a name that's all"

Glynda nodded, and speed walked in front of the kid and stoped him. Ozpin was right, Glynda thought to herself.

Y/n: "Can -I-I helps you"

She noted his nervousness and responded.

Glynda: "Yes, I was wondering where did you get that jacket I've looking for it for my son it's his birthday tomorrow and I'm kinda running the wire here"

Y/n: "oh I see, but sorry I can't seem to remember where I got this jacket, I'm sorry"

Glynda could tell that was a full blown lie but kept herself from saying so.

Glynda: "oh that's ok, thank you mr..."

Y/n: "L/n, my names Y/n L/n"

Glynda's eyes widen it was him after all theses years.

Glynda: "Ozpin it's him!"

Ozpin: "I here'd"

Ozpin walked in front of Y/n, with a soulful look on his face.

Ozpin: "L/n, it's good to see you after all these years but, how on remnant did you get here?"

Y/n took a step back not knowing what they were taking about and feeling scared simultaneously.

Y/n: "How do you know my name?, and to answer your question, I don't know I was being beaten in an alley and next light and then I'm here, that's all I could piece together"

Definitely a trace of magic in him, Ozpin thought to himself as he looked to Glynda who looked at Y/n, with interest.

Ozpin: "I was a friend of your father Edward, who asked me to grant both of you passage to another universe"

Y/n: "How can I trust you"

Ozpin, pulled out a picture from his wallet and passed it to Y/n, who's eyes widen when he say it, it was his father and him as a baby.

Y/n: "Then send me back!"

Ozpin frowned and responded.

Ozpin: "I'm not the man I used to be, my powers have diminished over the years, I'm not strong enough to send you back, I'm sorry"

Y/n: "It's ok, man this is heavy"

Y/n looked to the sky trying to find an a sign from god but it knew god had abandoned him long ago.

Y/n: "So what happens now?"

Ozpin: "I have something in mind, please fallow us"

Y/n, nodded not seeing much choice in the matter, he was alone god knows where and when and this was the best option.

He sat at Ozpins desk as they waited for some team to arrive to pick him up. In that time he learned about Grimm, dust.

Ozpin: "Before they arrive, I have something for you. It was your fathers but, he gave it to me before he left. It's a compact laser sword or in you universe terms a lightsaber"

Ozpin handed y/n a handle of the weapon making his jaw drop.

Y/n: "Thank you sir, what colour is it"

Ozpin: "blue and the power switch is on the there"

Ozpin pointed at said power switch and y/n took mental note of where it was. Just as y/n, attached the hilt to his belt he here'd the elevator door open behind him making him turn in that direction. He Saw a Young Red hood wearing girl, a Girl who wore a black bow and black and white clothes, A blonde busty girl who wore a brown jacket and yellow crop top and black shorts, and a Girl who wore all white looking dress and white hair in a pony tale. 

Red: "You wanted to see us professor?"

Ozpin: "Yes, this here is Y/n L/n your new team mate"

White: "WHAT!?"

The black bowed girl looked Ozpin with confusion along With The busty Female. Y/n looked at Ozpin in shock this was the last thing he had expected. 

Ozpin: "I'm serous Y/n will be bunked with you" 

White: "Him?"

Y/n: "I have a name you know"

White: "you stay outta this" 

Y/n: "Ok Ok alright alright, Ice queen"

Y/n muttered the last part as he stood from the chair he sat on, his light-saber hanging from his belt. 

Red: "Weiss cool it, sorry professor for Weiss's bluntness"

Weiss: "HEY!"

Ozpin chuckled and waved Y/n off and responded to the girl in red.

Ozpin: "Thank you miss rose. Your all excused"

Rwby: "Thank you sir" 

Y/n, did a hat tipping motion to ozpin and fallowed Team Rwby into the elevator. The door closed and the cart began to descend the tower. Ruby stepped in front of Y/n and grinned cutely. 

Rose: "I'm ruby rose, its nice to have you aboard. Blake is the on with the bow, Yang has blond hair and my sister, and Ice queen is Weiss"

Y/n silently waved to the rest of the team. Yang winked, Blake waved as she read her book, Weiss looked away from Y/n making a "humph" noise. Y/n smiled, this may not be so bad, Y/n thought.
