Tracer was in complete disbelief with the entire situation she now found herself in. Never in her life would she believe that the real Amelie would, or could, return. But, she still had her suspicions, and she had every reason too given their past encounters with one another.

"Amelie...?" Tracer repeated, with a surprised expression.

Amelie began to stand up inorder to greet her, but this only put Tracer on edge. Tracer couldn't fully understand what was happening at the time, and she was not about to let her guard down. She aimed one of her pistols at Amelie in response, but only to protect herself and out of reflex. Tracer was still unsure if Amelie could be trusted, or if this was one of Talon's traps.

"Don't you mean Widdowmaker, Talon's top assassin!?" Snarled Tracer. "What do you want?" She demanded.

"Lena Please..." Said Amelie, with sadness in her voice. "That's not me, that was truly never me..."

"Oh really?" "This is just another one of Talon's tricks isn't it!?" Tracer replied. "You're not Amelie, you could never again be 'Amelie'." She added.

"No Lena!" Cried Amelie, tears once more formed in her face. "It's me, it's the real me! ... Please..." Amelie begged.

Tracer looked straight at Amelie, and looked her over carefully. "Are you... crying..." She asked confused.

Amelie couldn't make a sound, she just stood there under the moonlight staring at Tracer with tears in her eyes.

"Angela said that she would never feel emotion again after what Talon had done to her" Tracer thought to herself.

Tracer took a good look at Amelie, she knew something was up, but hadn't yet figured it out. She was trying to comprehend fully that the woman standing in front of her was indeed the real Amelie, and not the person that Talon forcefully turned her into. But something else was troubling Tracer; the fact that Amelie was missing in action for seven months but now decided to show up here of all places.

"How... How do I know that you are who you say you are... and not playing me into one of Talon's traps..." Tracer asked.

Amelie wiped the tears from her face, and looked directly at Tracer.

"Look at me Lena... what is it that you see... do you see Widdowmaker in me...?" Amelie asked back standing there looking like a train wreck.

Tracer was still unsure, how could she truly know that the real Amelie has returned and that this isn't one of Talon's tricks. As she stood there looking deep into Amelie's eyes, she could feel something inside her was telling her to give Amelie a chance. Tracer lowered her pistol, and took a more relaxed approach.

"Why are you here?" She asked.

"I... I was going to deliver a present to you... It's Christmas Eve isn't it...? Amelie replied. "I was going to personally hand deliver it to you... but... when I heard your voice... I-I... Amelie looked down at the snow covered ground, stopping her sentence.

Lena then remembered that she did indeed pick up a present, the one that was dropped in the snow just outside her door. She was also surprised that Amelie would want to give her a present after everything that had happened between them. This only made Tracer even more curious to figure out what was really going on.

"That was you? She asked. "Well, that makes sense now seeing how you left your boot prints at my door as well." Lena said with a chuckle.

Amelie laughed a bit before catching herself, bringing up her hands to cover her mouth. Lena noticed the sound that came from Amelie's mouth, and that sound just made her even more curious. She remembered Angela saying that emotion was long gone for Widdowmaker, so if Amelie was truly Widdowmaker, she wouldn't be able to laugh, right?

"Well, let's see what we have here then shall we?." Lena stated as she pulled Amelie's present from her jacket pocket.

Amelie glanced at the silver wrapped box as Lena began to pull on the purple bow to unwrap it, she didn't realize that she dropped it. Lena pulled the bow off, and let it fall to the snow covered ground. She pulled back the wrapping paper slowly, still unsure what the contents of the gift was. Once the wrapping paper was off, it blew through the cold winter air, she opened the lid to the box and was in awe from what she gazed upon. The entire time this was happening, Amelie's heart was racing for the first time in years.

Lena was greeted with a lovely pure silver and gold necklace that had both the British and French flag stenciled into the centerpiece of the necklace. Both flags were intertwined in design with one another, symbolizing a partnership of sorts.

"Amelie... It's... Beautiful..."

Amelie was filled with joy on the inside, but tried not to overreact in excitement. She was hoping that Lena would like her gift, but the look she noticed on her face told Amelie that she didn't just like it, she loved it, and that meant everything to her.

"I'm glad you like it Lena... All I ever wanted to do was show you that I-"

Amelie was knocked to the ground with a hug tackle from Lena. Not knowing what to do, Amelie just layed there in the cold snow with Lena on top of her. She slowly returned Lena's hug and held her tight, embracing Lena and not wanting to let go.

Holding her new necklace tight, Lena used her recall ability to reverse herself back into her standing position. She stood over Amelie and extended a hand towards her.

"Come on then, let's get you out of the cold" Lena said.

Amelie reached for Lena's hand with her own, gripped it tight, and used Lena's support to help lift herself up. She brushed the snow off of herself, and then the little bit that stuck to lena's hair. She looked back at Lena again, astonished that she received closure from the woman she thought so much of.

"It's Cold?" Amelie asked with a slight humorous chuckle.

Lena just laughed in response.
