Kaito KID is now facing the back of a little kid who quickly turn around as he could sense the other's present. The thief jump down from where he is as he smirk "What are you doing here little boy?" The boy smile at the taller as he crouch down and started to lighten up what seems a fireworks and pointed at the now blasted fireworks smiling "Fireworks." The thief knew what the boy was doing which he smirk more thinking to himself *My~ what an interesting kid~* helicopters started to surrounded the two which makes the boy smile "You can't run now Kaito KID" making the thief smirk even wider, the boy look at the thief weird but didn't show it as suddenly the two were surrounded by sea of policeman and a angry shouting inspector. The thief smirk even wider as he put his hand on the air "Do you know little detective, you detective were just our critics. We thief would always be ahead of you as I am what you call a miracle." The thief slowly walk backwards making the boy furrowed his eyebrows ready for anything as he noticed a glimpse of something shiny "Cover your eyes!" But it's too late only the boy had the time to cover his eyes making the thief amused "Oh? You know little boy?" The affected had wear off and the thief had run away making the boy grumble, by now the police has gone off searching for the thief as the boy sat on the roof smirking "Your wrong KID we detective would always discover that one truth.... And yours soon enough." The male in white attire smirk as he heard those words from his new critic *My~ he is really interesting~*

Edogawa Conan a name that kept lingering in a certain night thief mind, he knew that the boy is smart too smart for its age but he couldn't help but thought about the boy. He had search records about the boy only to be answered nothing it's weird it's like that boy never existed and what weird him more was that he come after Kudo Shinichi had disappeared to nowhere. "Edogawa Conan... I will find your secret myself... Your one mysterious boy." He said to himself as he flick a rose then turning it into a card, flickering his wrist again when a photo of the little boy was by his hand.

On the day when he had posted his heist calling himself the last wizard of the centuries he had been observing the little boy from a far disguising as a male task force to blend in, he saw how close the boy was with the dark skinny detective of the west as they called him Hattori Heiji the son of the head police in Osaka. He was a little bit curious on why the Osakan look really clumsy when it comes to the boy's name and it had the thief suspicious went up to Everest. The thief had dressed himself after getting shoot to his right eyes as Ninzaburo Shiratori who were on a vacation on the mean time. He see how the boy took care of his pet dove nicely even though the boy knew it was his dove, the disguise thief would follow the boy everywhere far or near he had his eyes lock on the smart boy watching and learning his habit one by one. When he was following the boy who is talking to someone on the phone he had a good distance where he won't be seen and where he could listen, he listened to their conversation and how on the other line he was called "Shinichi." That immediately ring every sense of the thief as he smirk *My~ our little critic is actually a high schooler that got shrunk.* He knew the boy was smart and might be reckless himself that's why he followed him to chase the criminal, he heard every word on how the boy find out whose the killer as he had told her to shoot his right eyes making the thief startle but sigh in relief as he heard on how the glasses were special as it protects the boy's eyes. He knew he need to do something when the criminal took out a new set of bullets and aiming at the boy as he saw the raging fire, he smirk seeing an opportunity. As he carried the unconscious women he knew that the boy had saw his card when he shoot it but he played it cool. He saved the women and tell the others what happen as he disappeared afterwards not waiting to stop by the detective agency to pay his critic a visit, he heard everything that happened and he knew it wasn't his stuff to medle in but he took it as he owned the boy for taking care of his pets as he disguise himself as Kudo Shinichi and played the role so that his little critic's secret would remain mysterious.

He had started to love being the so called 'Phantom Thief' as he got more and more challenger and more skills by the days or month. He loves it more when it is involved his little critic who is crazy but fun, he knew how the boy could kick a soccer ball straight towards his face making him unconscious but he knew too how he could slip past the detective fingers like sands.

He never thought that he would asked the boy for help despite knowing he is a famous high school detective but he was grateful when the boy said he trusted him... And for that same time a spark of something happen that brought a bit of joy in the thief. They worked well with each other thief and detective both were the same ages, he knew that the boy is special but denies it every time he thought about it.

He was amazed by the intelligence of the boy, sharp mind, acting skill, deduction skill just everything. When he thought that he knew the boy he would be wrong again, the thief is a master of disguise for nothing but when it comes to the boy he couldn't be him unlike how he would disguise himself as anyone, he was a thick book with hidden pages.

The thief never thought... Neither both of them that they would be in the same situation, both were hunted down by the same organisation which the difference is only their rankings. Agreeing they had help each others out a sharp mind with the famous mastermind thief making their plans neatly knowing it's the war because what they're facing is way more worst that the Singapore incident.

The plan was perfect everything, every steps it was like the boy had made up the plan way past when he is shrunk. The thief couldn't help but to admired the boy every time they meet up to perfect their plans, how he commanded the FBI on which is which making him amazed. The thief had imagined a day where he would meet the boy again... For the first time as themselves and not the role their playing for the sake of their justice...

Seeing how the boy proudly talking in front of the other FBI and PSB Japan with confidence announcing that the most dangerous organisation has been put down. He saw how the boy who is himself as high school detective talking proudly making him.... Smile under his mask. For a reason the thief felt sad that they need to say goodbye in this forms of them. Both were holding in their emotions as they said their last goodbyes in their 'forms' as Edogawa Conan and Kaito KID

It's the entrance ceremony for those who enrolled in the Tokyo Lawyer and Laws college, two destined rival stood in front of each other as the detective figured the others who smile softly at the detective which the detective reply with his own soft smile. Both holding backs the tears at the corner of their eyes... Smiling towards each other being able to meet again, this time it's not as Kaito KID and Edogawa Conan but it's their precious first meeting as...
