Making deals

Disclaimer: This isn't my real idea but I pretty much change a lot of line and thing... So yeah half mine half not.

In a deal there will be consequences... Making a deal is easy but the return is hard so one must accept the consequences if one want the deal... They should give something to Lucifer in an exchange.

"Oi! Kaito! Onegai! Wake up you idiot!!" The cowlick shake the body of a thief seeing as blood were covering his white attire, he knew well that the other is dead but he didn't want to believe it. Suddenly a strong gust of wind hit him as a female sitting on a floating broom crossing her feet "Do you wish for him to be alive?" The cowlick look at her in the eyes and nod asking what can he do "Are you sure your ready to give up on your dream? Becoming someone else my devil of light?" The cowlick nod extending his bloody hand for the female to reach, the female smile and close her eyes doing her job.

*AHH It's been a while since I walk down Beika street...* The male walk through the crowded people as his hand were in his pocket "Ah? Your Kuroba Kaito the magician! I'm a big fan!" The girl who stopped the male smiling widely at her idol reach out for her phone as she asked to take a photo with him which he politely agree. After done with his fangirl the magician walk but stopped as he heard a man saying a name of a male he used to love "Ahh! Look Siya it's Kudo Shinichi." The man were talking to her daughter pointing at a big screen where a male on a billboard advertising male perfume and the little girl squeak in excitement "Tou-san! Can we watch his new movie soon?!" The man chuckle at his daughter and nod his head while the magician look at the advertising male sadly *You've changed a lot huh... He give up on your detective job and proceed as a actor like your mom... What happen... Nichi?* He remembers everything, he remember how he ring the bell only to be asked who was him... It hurt him that the male he love forgotten him as he was just a dust leaving as the wind blown...

"Shin-chan!" The magician ring the mansion bell again and a cowlick walk out making the other smile "Oh god thank goodness your okay." The cowlick blink his eyes as he titled his head to the side "Uhh.. who are you?" The magician widen his eyes as he clenched the gate tightly "Wh-what? Don't joke with me Shinichi... Please I'm Kaito!" The cowlick look really blank as he sigh "I'm sorry but I have never meet you before." The magician called out for the male as the cowlick close the door making the magician collapse on the floor not believing anything that just happen.... "Wh-what happen?"

"What?" The manager smile widely after telling the magician about performing on an interview show with the actor famous Kudo Shinichi, he wanted to decline but he knew this is his opportunity to talk with the cowlick so he agreed making his manager happy. The magician look at his house as he smile sadly walking inside to be greeted with a bastard, his mom and his childhood friend "Kaa-san?! When did you come home?!" The women turn around and hug her son happily saying just 6 minutes ago "Kaito... Why were you late?" The mother let her son free who were trying to be alive after being suffocated by his mom and answer his childhood friend about what his manager had told him "Wow! Your so lucky! I always wanted to meet him in person!" The young Nakamori had been the actor's fan since he debut as an actor "But it still sad though that he give up as a detective... Or else I will have a good competition." The magician look at the blonde disbelief making the blonde asked what as he just shook his head "I will go to my room for a while."

.... *Kudo Shinichi... I will ask you the stuff I always wanted to asked in the past I was a coward but now... I will face it.*

"Yo!" The other had a straight face as he tried to close the door but the magician stop him "W-w-w-w-wait!!! Don't close it." The cowlick use his strength but sigh in defeat as the magician smile in victory walking inside the room "You have your own room right Kuroba-san?" The male nod his head and sat down "Well Shin-chan your room is bigger." The cowlick sigh sitting in front of the magician reading a newspaper "Don't call me that." The magician chuckle nodding his head "Hai hai...." The cowlick didn't mind the magician as he proceed with his newspaper for anything interesting "So you've change a lot....." Kaito mumble but the other ears was sharp as he put the news paper down and sigh "If your talking about the day I shut the door on you then I'm sorry but I really don't know you." The magician sigh and look at his feet then looking back up to meet the sapphire eyes which makes his breath hitch the sapphire eyes he once knew were dull and empty with no emotion or anything it's like he lost himself and replaced with a new him.... *Wait... replaced? Could she be...*

"My~ what kind of honour do I get for the retired Phantom thief to be meeting me here?" The thief in white sigh looking at the witch in front of him in seriousness making the witch chuckle "So you find out about the detective of yours?" The male nod his head slowly as the witch proceed on sitting on her broom "Well I could tell you that he is still the real Kudo Shinichi not an copy." The thief asked what happen making the female sigh "Remember the day you woke up realising that your all good and stuff, no bullets wound or anything but you know that you had a heist." The thief nod his head listening and thinking of what the female said making him agree to everything "On the same day you were actually dead." "W-what?!" The witch sigh continuing her story "Yes your supposed to be dead but the Devil of light gave his light for you. He was supposed to be dead but as Lucifer adore it's little devil of light, he was given a second chance to started a life but with his other soul." "What soul?" The witch look up the moon and continue the story remembering everything that happen between her, the detective and Lucifer.

"Thanks for his curse of dead people around him some of those who died were in dept with Lucifer but Lucifer itself can't claim nor do anything.. the devil of light always run into a corpse whether it's women or male, young or old some of them were Lucifer's targeted prey and as a reward the detective would leave behind all of his detective stuff and started a life where his dream were acting no homicide no thief no nothing...." The thief look at the other knowingly and smile making the witch shock "Why are your smiling?!" The male chuckle and bow his respect "Well I do have to thank you and Lucifer for giving me a second chance too. Now I shall be with my love one with new memories." The thief jump off the rooftop opening his hand glider and flew into the cold night air leaving a smiling witch "Your really is unbelievable Kuroba Kaito."

"Good morning Kudo!" The cowlick raised an eyebrow but politely greets the magician back who suddenly hug him from behind "I'm thankful for everything you did.... And all the feelings you had to thrown away because of me...." The other widen his eyes for some odd reason those words warm the cowlick's heart making it beat, the magician then let the cowlick go turning him around while holding his face in his palms connecting their forehead so their eyes would meet "I won't stop thought... Just because you don't remember me... Kudo Shinichi I would still chase you until I catch you... My great rival.." the cowlick widen his eyes face slowly turning red, he remembers those words for some reason.... Because when the two had their staring contest the cowlick swore for a second he saw a male wearing white attire.. "I... I'll start running then." He mumbled quietly while having a small smile on his face.
