When I spilt my undying feelings towards you
Pour my heart and soul for you
Promise eternity and forever before you
That's when I watched how your expression changed from shocked to defiance
Summer changed fast into fall
The sweet memory turned into a nightmare
The friendship I worked hard for
Eyes turned into a look so rare
My words meant nothing but a hiss
Feelings were just fad
Never believe in love nor bliss
In the end, it will make you sad
A lesson I learnt of unknown moral
In a safe place, I hid my broken heart
Threw our moments into the void and null
Grow the distance between us apart
I have accepted to appreciate the view
To watch them fall and stumble
Which reminds me of a love so few
Only to burst before their eyes like a bubble.
