Chapter 4 New Home

Mr. Snape and I landed in front of a huge Castle. My kitten almost slipped out of my hands as I looked at the Castle." what is that place, Mr. Snape?" I asked curiously. "This is Hogwarts. Your new home! And please call me sir." He replied sounding more excited than when we first met. My kitten let out a little 'meow' of awe. I had almost forgotten I was holding him. My kitten's name is Ace. He was a cute black cat with Sapphire blue eyes. I had found him in my backyard while cleaning. He was badly injured so I couldn't say no and just leave him there or throw him out! I kept him in the garden shed, where nobody but I went to. I found a basket, some old cloth and some soft materials from around the house. Using these I made a small bed for Ace, after cleaning the basket. I never told my Aunty or uncle because I was afraid they would throw Ace out. I had him since then and I love him like my little brother!

Mr. Snape took me to a huge place through the castle and to a huge statue. we stepped onto what looked like a step and it started moving! Scared I grabbed Mr. Snape's hands and didn't let go till the steps stopped moving. Now in front of us was a big gate like a door, as if we were entering a chamber. When we entered the chamber an old man was sitting at a desk covered up by stacks of paperwork and letters. He looked up as we walked into the room and smiled. "Ah yes, what took you so long Severus?" The old man asked amusingly. Mr. Snape didn't look amused though. " We can talk of that later Albus. Now I'm just here to check-in and then I'll escort Ajax here to my study, where he can spend the night. We can discuss the rest in the morning. I'm rather exhausted!" He replied trying to stifle a yawn. "Good night Severus. Good night Mr. Zander. I will see you tomorrow morning." With that, I felt my self be lifted lightly in the air and cradled in the arms of someone as I drifted off to sleep tired after the long day.
