Makoto Naegi worked at a small flower shop that he owned. He loved his job. He got to see all the different types of flowers bloom in front of his eyes. Roses, tulips, violets, camellias, orchids and others. One Sunday afternoon, Naegi was twirling a rose in his hands, smiling brightly. He didn't even notice it when a tall male entered the shop. Naegi hummed as he place the rose into a light blue vase as Togami kept trying to get his attention.

"Damn commoner." Togami muttered under his breath. "Excuse me!" Naegi jumped as he was startled by the other male in the shop. The sweet boy rushed to the other side of the counter, where he could face the costumer, and quickly apologized. "Took you long enough." Togami spoke, crossing his arms and looked away from the other male. He turned his eyes back to Naegi, looking him up and down. 'Shit, he's cute.' Togami thought, keeping a frown on his face. "I need a rose." He blankly stated. Naegi nodded and walked back to the blue vase which held all of the red roses that were for sale. He grabbed the rose he was holding earlier. The boy tied his business card to the rose and walked back to his impatient costumer. Togami took the rose and paid for it. He walked out of the store, rose in hand, looking closely the rose. He wasn't really looking at the rose, but the card wrapped around it. He didn't go to the flower shop to get a flower, but really to visit the only tolerable person from his highschool class. Togami always had an interest in Naegi. He was never able to keep in contact with the commoner. But maybe with his phone number, he had the chance. Once he finally got back home, headed straight towards his room. Time quickly sped by as he gazed at the rose, thinking of the small boy who gave him it. Meanwhile, Naegi was closing up his shop, and heading upstairs to his house area of the building. He made his dinner and ate it as he watched the clock on the wall. After he cleaned up and finished getting ready for bed, he laid on his bed. Naegi closed his eyes and took in the silence of the room. That was the case until his phone buzzed as it sat, charging, on his night stand. Naegi picked up his phone and saw that someone texted him. All it said was a simple "hello."

"Hi? Who is this?" Naegi texted back. He really hoped it was the male who came to his shop earlier that day. The small boy didn't understand why he hoped it was his rude costumer. He soon got response which caused Naegi to smile.

"It's Byakuya Togami, peasant." Togami replied through text. He could almost feel Naegi's smile. And it was quite contagious, as the taller male was now smiling along with him. The sweet, small boy giggled at Togami's response. After around a half hour of texting, Naegi had to say goodbye as they both had to go to sleep.
