Here's a Sonnet I wrote in 2017 about Hawaii

(Probably for school lol)

Sandy beaches and the golden sun,
are just a view beauties in a Hawaiian day.
Sweet smelling flowers, relaxing breeze,
I'm not done, so be patient please.
Playing in the salty ocean can be so fun,
Sail around the open bay,
like a bird soaring through the blue sky.
Surf across the epic waves,
Laying around is a lazy guy.
Falling through the sky are those stupid or brave,
People are friendly and always say aloha,
and treat everyone as if they're ohana.
If you don't believe me, just go on and see,
Hawaii is everything it's said to be!

I spent a good part of my childhood living in Hawaii.  My dad was in the military and stationed there.  I loved it there and can't wait to go back someday.
