You were sitting at a table at lunch waiting for the stans, you had your journal full of your creations,things you wanted to invent,you had the math, but not the materials or time.
As you were lost trying to calculate some of the code on your latest creation, you felt 2 people sit beside you.
"Hey (Y/N)!" Said Ford
"Oh-um-hey there" you said almost nervously,you were glancing away.
"You ok?" He asked tilting his head
"Oh yes,just lost in thought" you said pointing to your journal with your pencil.
His eyes seemed to brighten with intrigue. "Well what is it?" He said with a slight smile.
You glanced over at Stanley to only see he was talking to Carla (it was obvious he liked her), obviously occupied,you opened your notebook to show Ford your doodles and math.
Ford stared intensely at it,gawking at the many ideas you had."well, all your math is correct! And these ideas are ingenious!" He said with excitement " why didn't you enter one as a science fair project?"
"Well ," you started "i'm not gonna be able to stay on just one for too long and i dont have the time nor the materials." You stated glumly
" Well you could have asked me about it!"he said smiling
You tilted your head in confusion
" My family owns the pawn shop,they have stuff like that, I could've helped you!" He said with a giant smile and a slight chuckle.
" O-oh well sorry" you said nervously scratching the back of your head.
"Well, it's quite alright now"
You noticed that carla and stan were gone,probably thinking stan had taken his shot to ask out carla"hey ford" you said nervously to which he looked you in the eyes. Damn, you could drown in those beautiful eyes."Carla talked to Stan lastnight and, is it true? Are you really leaving?" You asked feeling yourself go red,feeling your heart drop, and feeling tears well up in your eyes.
Blinking away the tears you heard him sigh"well, this is a big opportunity to get work. It's something that not many people get to do!"
You said an 'alright' through a sigh and walked off since the bell rang.
