A.N. An image of Haru and Ayano Hamasaki. The song needed will be out in the middle of the book because it doesn't let me put both pictures and Videos in the upper media.
FOUR OF PENTACLES
Upright: Conservation, Frugality, Security
Reversed: Greediness, Stinginess, Possessiveness
Around 7pm, they started applying first dying of the hair.
"Let's go wash it." He said, hope glimmering in his eyes. A ringtone interrupted them.
"Go without me. I must reply." (Name) said, picking the call.
"(Name), it's me, Sylvia. I want to borrow your book about stands."
"Oh... About that.... I'm at Noriaki's."
Sylvia started swearing in whispers loud enough for name to still hear them.
"Okay... Any way to get inside there and get it?"
"Jotaro has one spare key of my apartment. Find him."
And so the girls hanged up. Kakyoin returned, with a towel around his hair. "Let's dry it and check out."
After what initially was thought to be just one dying and keeping everything for later, they were now having one last tube of dye, and both of their patience was gone.
"If your hair isn't red after this 5th tub I will buzz off all of it. It's 2 am, Noriaki." Said the girl, applying the paste on the hair of her friend.
"Please don't!" He replied, slightly afraid.
(Name) carefully applied everything and looked at his frail yet manly figure.
"You're done. Now let's wait again for it to take effect."
"(Name) I wanna tell you something." He said. She sat in front of him now, looking at his friend from above. "Lower your head please." She obliged and he placed a kiss on her forehead. "Thank you for everything."
A blush in the shade of his hair color tinted her cheeks. "For... For nothing, Nori."
A soft knock was heard by the door. "May I come?" Asked the voice from behind the door.
"Yes Mom!" Said the boy. The door opened, revealing the slender body of Orla.
"Still not done?"
"We tried... But somehow his hair didn't catch the color." Replied the amateur hairstylist. "This is my last tub. I wasted money for two weeks on them." (Name) looked for blonde spots, but luckily found none.
"I'll pay you back... Don't worry. Thank you for helping my son but apparently he doesn't want his mom to help him." Said Orla, picking everything from the ground.
"Oh, (Name), by the way! Worked on a song and I think you'll like it." The boy said, motioning to her friend to sit down.
"I first tried to make it on violin... But didn't sound so well... So when mom got me the guitar I tried it there. It works wonders..." He said, taking the guitar.
Orla was about to leave the room when she was stopped by (Name). "Orla. Sit with us please. You'll love it too." Kakyoin tried to gesture no's to the girl but to no avail. She was stubborn.
"I don't know... I think it's a love song for you only, sweetheart... I don't want him to be embarrassed."
"Nonsense. He doesn't like me more than friend..." She chuckled, oblivious to EVERYTHING.
Kakyoin wanted to just vanish or the earth to swallow him but then obliged. "(Name)'s right mom... It's not a love song... But rather my story..."
"Your story?"
"From my childhood to the current day..."
Orla froze. Taking small steps she soon was sitting on the bed. The boy seemed afraid of negative reactions so decided to announce something beforehand.
"I request you to not judge me. Okay Mom?"
"Why me?"
"I don't want you to hate me after I tell you the truth."
Orla nodded, and took (Name)'s hand, holding it lightly. The American girl came closer. Orla had the attitude of her own mother, and she missed Felicia.
"I've named the song... Goodbye Nostalgia."
Noriaki Kakyoin sang his ballad as Orla listened to all the notes and all the lyrics he sang.
Both women had their eyes in tears by the middle of the song...
Minutes of guilt and self loathing came upon Orla with each lyric that was sung by her son. "I'm such a terrible mother... I wish I could understand you, Noriaki. I want to be your mother... I want you to be safe around me. When I first met (Name) I saw her passion and remembered me of myself. I hate that I cannot see the world the way you do. I love you, my baby... But I hope..." Orla stopped her thoughts seeing the girl that let her go and went ahead, hugging her son from behind, careful to not disturb him or get dye on her face. "...that you'll find happiness." Thought the woman, tears flowing like a river down the cheek.
When Noriaki was done, his mother rushed and hugged him, crying. The girl took a step back and let the mother and son talk.
"Nori... I'm... I'm so sorry... You didn't deserve this. I was an awful mom..." Noriaki had his eyes in tears as well, in a way that he barely could see anyone, just like his mother. They were sobbing and apologizing to one another, while (Name) rested herself on the bed, watching them too.
