Nishinoya x reader part 2.

(Y/n) point of view *

I woke up earlier in the morning and on my way to school "hey (y/n)" I looked up and there he was I felt my face feel hot "good morning Yuu" I say waving "just call me Nishinoya.. and umm is it okay if I call you by your first name?" I felt a bit of shock run through my body "yeah it's fine" I smiled so my face wouldn't turn bright red "you ready for your tryouts?" My fists clenched "yes I'm always ready"...

We separated into our own classrooms "so who's the cutie" (friend name) said "a friend" I quickly say "mhmm" she looked at me with 'yeah okay' look "he is!" I exclaimed walking towards my desk.

- TryOuts -

I once again changed into black spandex, (f/c) shirt and slipped on my knee pads and tennis shoes. Walked into the gym and tied my hair up "hello I'm (L/n), (Y/n) I'm here for tryouts" I say to a brown/black haired tall guys "hello I'm Daichi I'm the captain, and for today's tryouts you will be playing with Kageyama, Hinata, Nishinoya against me, Sugawara, Asahi, and Tanaka " I raised an eyebrow "so you will-", "a practice match" I say not realizing I cut him off. "You ready " I smiled at Nishinoya "yeah you?" I smirked.

"OKAY READY!!" I waited to see where the Ball was headed but before I could Nishinoya had already bumped it up and Kageyama set up and.....

" nice ginger"

I give him a thumbs up "my turn" I mumble. Run run... Go... Now !! Out of nowhere adrenaline just shoots throughout all my body "Woah!!!" I hear as I lad back on the court. "Hey (y/n) can you do a set?" I nodded 'my specialty' I thought, the bounce of the ball filled my ears "now"  Nishinoya yelled making me come back to reality "ya!"......

— After Tryouts —

"Woah! I haven't played that much in a while" I say taking a sip of my water bottle "hey (y/n) wanna go for some ice cream Mochi after school" I felt my face get a bit warmer "sure" I tried to play it cool.
"(Y/n) , Kageyama, and Hinata... welcome to kurosunos volleyball team" I jumped up and down "omg!! I did it" and before I knew it Nishinoya had spun me around "hehe" I started to feel a bit shy.

As I followed Yuu to a Mochi shop "thank you Yuu" he turned around and placed his hands on my shoulder "Nishinoya " I raised my eyebrows "Ni-shi-no-ya" I laughed a bit "okay okay thank you Nishinoya " he took his hands off my shoulders. We finally got to the shop and we went to go sit down "so why play volleyball" I asked out the blue "well I mean it's the only thing that keeps me okay and keeps me fired up you know" I smiled " and you why if you don't mind me asking" I shook my head "well my dad played volleyball professionally, but during the biggest game of his life he injured his knee permanently and hasn't played ever since and well I guess I want to live out what he couldn't finish".

"(Y/n)" I looked up from staring at the Mochi on my plate "uh yeah?" I responded "I think I'm falling in love with you" I felt my face get hotter than a hot tub "shut up," I say trying not to show him that part of me loves that he said that. "No I'm serious" I sat there as his hand interviewed with mine "really?" He nodded his head so rapidly...

"I think I'm falling too but...."
