Jung Jaehyun, a boy like any other. A boy so sweet, a boy who would choose sports over a simple math equation everyday, he was like an older brother to everyone.

Jung Jaehyun, a boy titled as the boy of the Spring, because they said that wherever he goes it was like flowers would bloom and the visuals that he posses that reminds them of a prince that would wear a flower crown than a gold one. His personality was so youthful, so colorful like the flowers.

Despite his fluffy personality, he is kind of wild in some aspect and a heartthrob, because he hangs out with boys like Lucas and Johnny. He's slowly learning their ways.
Everyone fell for his charms, he was the perfect boy. He was so athletic, good-looking and charming, personality wise, although he really isn't the brightest knife in the drawer, but that makes him more adorable to the students.

But despite everyone's attempt to get his heart, but Jaehyun rejected each one, for he did not feel what they felt towards him.

That is because he has already acquired a high school sweetheart, the pretty faced girl, named Kim Hyojung, but she is a bitch, a beautiful shell but a rotten little thing in the inside, she was slowly falling out of love for Jaehyun and secretly fucking a boy in his basketball team without Jaehyun knowing.

Jaehyun jogged up to the classroom after a quick basketball game with the boys, and the girls immediately looked at him and began to squeal when they saw sweaty Jaehyun. He made his way to his seat, not forgetting to wink at the girls, that's what Lucas taught him.

He sat down beside the quiet boy beside him, who often seems to be staring on the window, admiring something from a far. He paid not much attention to him, and all he knew about him was his name, Lee Taeyong. Rumor has it he was rich, he had everything in life but nobody knew why he stays in such a middle-class private school, wherein he can just study in the most prestigious schools in the country.

Jaehyun heard from the grapevine that Taeyong was such a snob, and selfish but wouldn't hurt a fly. Ever since he transferred to the school, he had never seen the older smile nor show a hint of happiness. Yet Taeyong was incredibly smart and artsy, but in working in pairs or groups, nobody would go for Taeyong and only his best friends would, Jungwoo and Taeil.

It was a mystery to how the three became friends.

Soon after, Jaehyun found himself staring at Taeyong, and shook it off when the teacher came to the class and everything flowed quite slowly and boringly, for him that is.

🌌

The day dreadfully ended and Jaehyun couldn't be more ecstatic, he can now play some couple basketball games and take his girlfriend on a date.

He walked casually to the bicycle parkings, his hands behind his head and letting the breeze hit his armpits so that it dries up sweat.

He rode on his bike and was about to leave campus when he heard some vulgar language.

"You fucking gay shit, give me your money! Or else I'm going to have break your fucking skinny body" Jaehyun's ears perked up and got off the bike and headed to the area, it was behind their building, near the bicycle parking.

He saw three boys surrounding a poor helpless boy, who is now being thrown of all his belongings in his backpack, the poor boy only covered his his face with his arms. The bully in the middle went on top of the victim and landed multiple punches, and Jaehyun had enough.

He hated to see people hurting other people, especially when they do it for fun or in a very invalid reason. The students were scared when Jaehyun gets angry, he would be so aggressive and loud.

"Hey you three! Stop right there!" Jaehyun shouted, causing the three students to freeze and running off to a different direction.

When they all left and running like cowards, Jaehyun quickly ran up to the stranger and saw the body turned his back on him and began to shove his stuff back inside his backpack.

"Hey, are you okay?" He asked the boy, but no response was spoken nor uttered.

"Hey, I asked if you were—" Jaehyun went the other way and saw the boy's face, it was Lee Taeyong. His face was bruised and scarred.

Jaehyun bent down to help the boy get his belongings, his hands colliding with the other's, his knuckles were red and dirt and blood mixed on his hand, Jaehyun felt sorry for him.

"I don't need your help" Taeyong spoke, not even letting Jaehyun pick up any of his stuff from the concrete.

"At least pretend to be thankful"

"Fuck off, I've had it with you all" Taeyong zipped his backpack and wiped his nose, his face looked so heartbreaking that Jaehyun could cry from the view.

Before Jaehyun could speak, the injured boy already walked away while he occasionally limped his way out of campus.

After years being in this school and for the first time seeing Taeyong arrived at this campus, this was the first time he ever conversed with him for that long.

It was true that Taeyong possessed the personality of being unsympathetic.

🌌

It was a silent drive back home as always, Taeyong would always look at the window and see the sunset sky, it was like a canvas painted with the colors: mauve, blue and orange.

It was lovely.

After dozing off, they reached home and the blond-haired boy ran to his room and change to an oversized shirt and in his boxer shorts, and cleaning off his wounds and tending at it, and he headed to the garden behind his house after his placed some bandages to some of his wounds.

He would just lie down on the grass while his head was on his arm, giving him a view of the grass touching the sky. The sound of the quietness were like music to his ears as he hated love songs, the cold, gentle breeze brushing on his legs topped it all off.

Sometimes it gets lonely in the garden, no one was allowed back there but his family and him. There was a reason why they never let anyone inside anymore.

"Taeyong wouldn't be like this if it weren't for you carelessness! He could've been married by now!" His mother's voice echoed all around the lot. Even though they were on the second floor of the house, their quarrels can be heard from another house.

"YOU THINK IT WAS EASY FOR ME?! HE HAS LIFE TOO!" his father shouted back.

He covered his ears, and fixated his eyes on the moon, whilst laying on the grass and staring at the pale, white moon. He was trying to block out this small rupture in his used-to-be-okay world.

Out of he blue, he remembered earlier today. He touched his knuckles to where Jaehyun accidentally bumped to and the kind gesture that he pulled off. Taeyong felt at ease, knowing that there was at least a nice person to help him, other than his friends.

Taeyong took out his phone and stared at his damaged face, he pitied himself for being so weak and lonely.

He closed his eyes, hoping tomorrow would be different.
