picture perfect [ ending note ]

dear sunshines,

          oh, my god. how do i start this? well, i just don't know what to say. let me just talk about this book for my ending note. so, i wrote this in 2019, when i decided to write stories about stray kids and all the groups i ever stan, not thinking that this will have an impact in my life. i was happy that in the process, i had you, guys. yes, all of you. even if most of you are silent, i just can't help but feel that you guys somehow appreciates my work. but before all of that, i would like to thank stray kids.

          stray kids, you have been very good to me, to us. in my darkest hour, all of you along with the other groups i support have helped me. you made me think that despite not being good with people, i can still be someone who could spread love to others. i can still be someone who can tell you all that it's okay to be hurt sometimes, and that we should all appreciate ourselves, through this book. through this book, i also wanted to share to you that there will be people, whether we realise it or not, who will love us and support us whoever we are, or whatever race, ethnicity, and color we are. whatever kind of person we are, there will always be someone who will stay by our side whether we notice it or not. through this book, i have also wanted to show you guys how soon in our lives, everything will soon be picture perfect.

          before i get too poetic or something, i just want to say that i love you all! i love you, my sunshines, and thank you for joining this journey with me. i almost gave up writing at some point in my life, but deciding not to, is a very special thing for me. with you, all of you, i found my home.
