Third Person POV

"Oww! Oww!" Cooheart could not help protesting as Kao's full heavy weight pressed on him.

Kao quickly covered Cooheart's mouth to shush him because he did not want Mrs. Namwirote waking up and finding them in this questionable situation.

Unfortunately, because Mrs. Namwirote's room was just after the short hallway, before too long she had come out to check what was going on.

"Kao! Get off my son! Why are you covering his mouth!??"

A red as beet in the face Kao awkwardly stood up and was beside himself with apologies to Mrs. Namwirote.

"I'm so very very sorry, Mrs. Namwirote! I was on my way to the kitchen to get myself a glass of water when I happened to glance at Cooheart and saw that there was someone sleeping beside him. I went closer to his bed to see who it was but he suddenly woke up and I got startled and my sudden movement made me lose my balance."

"Mom, no one is sleeping beside me. It's just Chloe."

"Who is Chloe?" Kao asked, wide eyed.

Cooheart pulled out the stuffed koala from under the covers of his bed.

"Kao, go ahead and get your glass of water and let's all go back to bed," said Mrs. Namwirote trying to stifle a smile at the silliness of the situation.

"I'm sorry," Kao said once more, both to Cooheart and to Mrs. Namwirote.

The following morning was a Saturday so no one was in a hurry to get out of bed early. Even Rose did not set the breakfast table until after nine in the morning.

Cooheart was the first to get out of bed. He was awakened by his phone vibrating under his pillow. He had muted it but left it to vibrate mode the night before.

He swiped his phone screen.

"Cooheart!" Title said before Cooheart could even say 'hello', "are you awake?"

"No," Cooheart replied, "I mean I'm awake now because you called me. Do you have school today?"

"No," Title replied, "I don't have Saturday classes. Shall we hang out today or are you still suffering from jet lag?"

"I am but I shouldn't wait too long to try to fix my biological clock so yeah, let's hang out. You wanna come over to my house?" Cooheart offered.

"Only to pick you up," said Title, "and then I'll drive you and myself to the mall. I don't wanna hang out at your house. Your tenant might try to join us. I want only your company. I'm exclusive that way." Title ended his reply with a short chuckle.

Cooheart was shaking his head but agreed with Title.

"Pick you up at eleven?" Title asked, "we could have lunch at the Food Court, my treat."

"Sure, thanks," Cooheart replied, already standing up and heading for the bathroom.

He bumped into Kao who was sleepily making his way to the bathroom as well.

"Sorry," said Kao, "you go ahead, I will wait until after you're finished."

"Oh no, no, you go ahead," said Cooheart, "I'm in no hurry. Do you have Saturday morning classes?"

"I do," Kao replied, "My professor is a stickler for punctuality."

"So go ahead and do your stuff. I'll go back to bed and wait for you to finish."
