The Amano Family (part 1)

This is the last fic for my AU series,Yokai Watch Ghoul! This is Yokai Watch Ghoul-Future. It takes place 20 years after Yokai Watch Ghoul (1). Each chapter will be about the couples and their families. I'm ending this AU in a short and simple way.
Note-I have a different AU for Shadowside,as this AU doesn't have the events of Shadowside included.

This story starts with an not-so-average,but yet an extraordinary boy. He woke up as afternoon arose. He changed out of his pjs and put on his usual attire.The boy puts on his glasses,looking in the mirror,at his light blue eyes and plum hair. He went downstairs to the kitchen,as he noticed his mom's presence.
He started to speak,"Hi mom."
"Hey Hijo. You're finally up."She greeted.
Hijo sighed,"I'm sorry.......I guess I overslept."
"Shinko went to get the groceries while you were sleeping."Inaho stated.
Hijo was shocked,"What?! I was supposed to do that! Dad promised me I could get "Yolo Watch 2000" if I went to the store!"
"Your sister is still out,maybe you can beat her."Inaho teased.
He groaned in response,"Mom......I don't have time for this. I'm going."
Hijo makes his leave and left the house.
Inaho sweats,"I know Keita will get Hijo that game he wanted anyways......"
At the grocery store,a young girl was leaving. She just finished her errand to get groceries for her parents. She went on her way home.Suddenly,she stopped as she noticed another girl approaching her.
"Hi Saku!"She spoke.
Saku replied,"Oh......hi Shinko."
"Need something?"Shinko asked.
Saku mumbled,"Um......well."
Shinko waited for her answer.
"I picked up these flowers more my mom's shop.......and......she wanted me to send them to her."Saku says.
Shinko smiled," I can help!"
"Thank you....."Saku spoke softly.
Shinko helped Saku deliver flowers to her mom's flower shop.

Meanwhile,Hijo was looking for his sister. He was stopped by two of his friends.
They greeted him,"Hey Hijo!"
"Uta! Tsuyo!"Hijo waved.
Tsuyo pats him on the back,"We were looking for you!"
"Oh....really?"Hijo asked.
Uta smirked,"Don't tell us that you're doing errands."
"Um.....well......I was looking for my sister,who did my errand......."Hijo sweated.
Uta laughed,"Your sister is doing your errands now?"
"No! She stole it from me! I was going to get "Yolo Watch 2000" from my dad if I did that errand!"Hijo panicked.
Tsuyo said,"That game isn't even out yet. How do you believe you're getting it?"
"My dad always gets stuff before it comes out....."Hijo answered.
Uta chuckled,"That's nothing. My parents get me things that aren't released until a year later. That game is old news."
"Forget it......I gotta go."Hijo pushed Uta out of the way.
Uta frowned,"He's just jealous that I'm richer than him."
"You said it....."Tsuyo mumbled.
Hijo sighed as he continued his search for Shinko.He took a stroll through town as he peeked through the window of the local flower shop. He saw his sister and rushed in.
Yuka took notice of his entrance,"Hijo,your sister is here."
"I know....."Hijo was out of breath.

Shinko was concerned,"Bro......?"
"I was supposed to get the groceries....."Hijo says.
Shinko shrugs,"So......? I got them for you."
"I know you like helping me.......but please stop."Hijo groans in annoyance.
He takes the groceries from her,"Now it's my turn to take the groceries home."
Hijo walks out and trips on himself,but gets back up and runs.
"Your brother needs help......"Saku stated.
Shinko sighs,"I know......"
"Before you go,would you like to buy something?"Yuka questioned.
Saku sweats,"Mom......"
"Sorry......."Yuka laughs awkwardly.
Shinko replied,"No thanks,I have to leave."
She rushed out of the shop to follow her brother.Shinko caught up to him. They had a conversation while running.
"Hijo,stop!"Shinko yells.
He shouted,"I don't want to!"
"Please!"Shinko begged.
They kept running until Hijo tripped on his own feet. He had a hard fall. Shinko stopped to help her brother.
"Are you ok?!"Shinko panicked
Hijo was quiet.
"Hijo!"Shinko shook him.
He looked back at her and sighed.

"Why are you doing this?!"Shinko wanted an answer.
Hijo spoke,"I just......want dad to be proud of me."
"What.....? He's already proud of you."Shinko was confused.
Hijo lowered his head,"No he isn't. I'm always clumsy and I never finish my errands."
"That's not true! Um........I help you!"Shinko tried to cheer him up.
Hijo nagged,"That's the problem! I can't do anything myself! I just want to achieve my goal.......by myself.....just once......."
"I'm sorry.......I shouldn't done your errand....."Shinko felt guilty.
Hijo looked at her,"No,it's fine. You wanted to help and that's good. I guess......just let me finish this myself."
"Ok....."Shinko nodded.
She helped Hijo get up and they made their way back home.Time passed as they arrived to their house. They went inside with the groceries and made it to the kitchen.They were expecting their parents,but only seen Usapyon sitting at the table.
He was glad to see them,"Hey,you're back."
"Where's mom and dad?"Hijo asks.
Usapyon answers,"They didn't tell you? They went out on a date tonight. My wife is out with the kids and I'm done with work for today. So......it's just me."
"So,we did this errand for nothing?!"Shinko sweats.
Usapyon shook his head,"Nah. They told me to tell them who brought the groceries home. I guess......both of you did."
They nodded in response.
He smiled,"That's good."

Usapyon helps them put the groceries away. Hours passed as night arrived. Keita and Inaho were back home and went inside the house. It was unusually quiet as they searched for their kids. They eventually found them in the living room,on the couch,sleeping.
Keita whispered,"They must've worked hard today....."
"They did."They jumped as they heard Usapyon behind them.
Inaho sweated,"You scared us...."
"My bad....."Usapyon felt embarrassed.
Keita asked,"So......who brought the groceries home?"
"They both did."Usapyon stated.
Inaho was surprised,"Wow.....they did work hard."
"Hijo said he wanted to do the errand himself.......Mostly since he thinks you're not proud of him for not finishing errands on him own."Usapyon explained.
Keita says,"What.....? I'm always proud of Hijo. He works very hard."
"Yeah. He finished his first errand and that's what matters."Inaho added.
Keita got something out from a bag and placed it next to Hijo.
"I even got the game he wanted. I would've gave it to him,even if he didn't do his errand."Keita replied.
Usapyon sweats,"You're too kind......"
"I just learned the best from my parents........my Yokai parents."Keita said,proudly.
Keita and Inaho smiled.as they watched their kids sleep peacefully.
