Eclipse (TDDK Fic)

Chapter Seven

Even though she had already left, Izuku still waved in her general direction, still somewhat stunned from the interaction. Shouto on the other hand, was in a state of sleepy confusion, as he kind of wasn't paying attention.

The train had slowed to a stop and the pair walked off the train. They were only a couple blocks from the dorms, so they could take their time if they wished.

"Hey, Midoriya?"

"Yeah?"

"Is it okay if I stay with you tonight?"

Izuku grinned and playfully nudged into Shouto. "Of course!"

They arrived at the building and walked through the common room, where they were greeted by some late night stragglers, welcoming them back from the couple's date night. Walking out of the elevator, they eventually entered Izuku's dorm room.

Even though Shouto had been in this room plenty of times before, Izuku was still slightly embarrassed of his All Might fanboy themed room. Shouto sat on the bed while Izuku had pulled back the curtains to his balcony and stepped outside. He looked up at the sky and--

There it was. A big, bright, and full bright orange-red moon. It was gorgeous.

"Shou, come here!"

Shouto got up from the bed and walked over to Izuku, slightly leaning into him.

"Mmm?" Shouto hummed.

Izuku pointed upward. "The moon!" he exclaimed. "It's beautiful!"

As Shouto lifted his head to the direction of where he was pointing, he saw exactly what the green haired, freckled boy was talking about. Not only was the moon a different hue than its typical pale yellow, but it was also bigger. It was beautiful. Although, he didn't find it nearly as beautiful as....
