Chapter 3

-Your POV-

Yuma takes the shrimp out of Kou's plate, who was gonna eat it. "What do you think you're doing?! Give me that!"

"Hey, what gives? That's my fried shrimp!" Kou yelled, trying to get his food back

The door suddenly opens. I avert my gaze from the guys to whoever opened the door, then back to the others

"Don't just take the last shrimp like it's yours!" Yuma said. "You already slammed your weight through half of them! Selfish little asshole."

"You know what they say: It's first come, first served!" Kou tried to get the fried shrimp from him, but Yuma was quick, lifting the fork higher

"Too slow!" He turns to Azusa "You don't want it, Azusa? You didn't eat much."

Azusa plays with his fork "I'll take it...if you're giving it to me..."

"That's not what I asked," Yuma told him "Do you want it or not?"

"I'll take it..." He replied. Then, Yuma placed the prawn on his plate

"What did I say?" Ruki asked all of us. He sets a couple plates of fried prawn onto the table. "No ruckus on the dinner table."

"Yeah, yeah" Yuma said

Kou's face brigtened "Oh look! You made some more!" He grabbed his fork and took one of the newly made prawns

"My God, if you cut in front of us one more time--" Yuma cuts himself off and turns to Azusa "Azusa, you better get in all of this. If not, Kou's gonna eat everything!!"

"You should eat, too," Ruku said, refering to Yui

-During dinner-

"Hey, why did I get less?!" Kou asked Yuma, who was distributing the shrimp

"That's because you already got a lot," he replied

"Hurry up and eat," Ruki told all of us

"What are we going to do?" Yui asked

"We've got school," Kou replied, teleporting to the door

"Then I'll--"

Yuma cuts her off "Not so fast. You're staying here"

"The Sakamaki brothers will be in school," Ruki said

"And you will be watched over by Azusa-kun" Kou added

"Wait what?!" I exclaimed, slamming my hands on the table "We're skipping school?!"

"You got that right, Koneko-chan!" Kou replied, beaming at me

"Wait, wait, wait, wait..." I paused for a moment "I have a Math quiz this Friday, and if I don't attend classes, I'll fail."

"Nonsense," Ruki said "You're a Nine-tail fox. They're the smartest, most clever creatures alive. You don't need to study."

I slowly crossed my arms and raised my eyebrows "You've been studying. Impressive."

-At the living room-

"We're counting on you, Azusa," Ruki said to him

Azusa replied "Yeah."

"Now, M Neko-chan, Koneko-chan," Kou called "Azusa-kun can be a bit of a handful, so be careful."

With that, they left the mansion and went to school. I turned to Yui and Azusa "Imma go back to my room. Have fun you two."

-In your room-
