Chapter 4

I stared at the ceiling, daydreaming until there was a slight knock on my door. I sat up and said "Come in."

There, a familiar blonde peeks into my room, holding up a peace sign "Koneko-chan, what up?" He asked

I jumped off my bed and walked towards him "Good. Nothin' much," I replied "How 'bout you? Whatcha doin' here, mate?"

He held up a bouquet of roses "Ta-da! A present for you!"

"What's the occasion?" I ask him, gladly taking the roses

He beams at me "It's a symbol of our friendship, duh!"

"Thanks," I smiled back at him before admiring the flowers

"You like them?" He asks

I nod as a response "They're beautiful."

"Good! So then..." he leans closer to me "You'll show me your gratitude, right?"

"Gratitude?" I repeat. Then it hit me "Oh, yeah...sure," I revealed my neck to him "Go ahead."

"You're a lot more different than M Neko-Chan," Kou said "Is it because you're a Nine-tail fox?"

I shook my head "No. It's just a little something called 'sense'. Unlike her, I have it."

Kou wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me closer towards him. He leans towards my neck and sinks his fangs into my skin

I felt my legs getting weaker. Just then, I then landed on my butt once fell to the ground. Kou placed his hand on my shoulder and gently pushes me down, hovering over me

He then parts from my neck. I felt him smirk as he says "I can get used to this," before going back to sucking my blood

My eyes got heavier as my vision got blurry. The next thing I knew, I fainted

-Some time later-

I woke up and found myself on my bed. "How did I get here?" I asked myself "I fainted before I was able to teleport...did Kou do this?" I shrugged "Maybe..."

I slowly stood up from my bed and walked outside my room, hoping I can find where he is

-In the living room-

I slowly open the door and peeked inside, only to find Ruki, Yuma, and Azusa sitting there. "What do you want?" Ruki asks, not taking his eyes off his book

"Oh, nothing..." I replied, "I was just looking for Kou."

"He's not here," Yuma says "He's at work."

Suddenly, Azusa teleports in front of me "(Y/n)...are you worried about Kou?" He asks

"N-No..." I stammered, lightly shaking my head "I was just curious where he was. I haven't seen him since this morning." I waved at him before turning around "Thanks for telling me!"

I sighed deeply and decided to walk around the mansion

-Some time later-

As I was going up the stairs, the door creaks open. I turn around and saw Kou soaked from the rain. He averts his gaze from his wet clothes to me "Koneko-chan!!" He called "Perfect timing!! Come with me to my room."

I nodded and followed him to his bedroom. Once I entered, I noticed he was struggling to get his buttons off. "Do you need help??" I ask him

"Yeah," he replies "I'm not good with buttons."

"He's such a child," I thought, fighting the urge to laugh

"Hurry up!! It's wet!!" He whines
