'Well, the exam is tomorrow...good thing I've been studying for the past week.' You smiled to yourself and thought. The upcoming final exam was tomorrow at your school, YouShow dueling school. It was named after Sakaki Yusho, Yuya's father. Sakaki Yuya had recently beat Strong Ishijima and Sawatari Shingo, which was quite astonishing news for you. Strong Ishijima was the reigning champion for quite a while now, and Sawatari was one of LDS's top duelists.

On the day of the exam, you headed straight for the library to study and brush up your knowledge on the game. The exam was later in the afternoon, so you had a few hours. You've also been reading up on Pendulum Summoning since Yuya had successfully beat Ishijima and Sawatari with it. 

As you got out a few textbooks onto a table, you heard a voice yell from the corridor outside, and it was getting nearer and nearer...until you fully recognized the voice.

"THIS IS BAD! BAD BAD BAD!!" You heard the voice say and a person dashed in. That person just happened to be Yuya Sakaki. He looked like he was trembling and panicking pretty badly. He ran around the whole library, picking out random books and racing around the place like mad. "I forgot the exam was today! GAH! I'm totally going to fail if I don't study!!" Yuya cried, and then the librarian hushed him down since others were staring at him.

You giggled silently to yourself. Yuya is a bit forgetful, but you didn't know that he was THAT clueless about the exam. Yuya and you were pretty good friends already, so you decided to tutor him a bit. You silently got up and walked over to him, tapping him on the shoulder.

"Yuya-kun, do you want any help on studying?" You smiled and offered. Yuya smiled wide at you and hugged you quickly.

"Thanks [Y/N]-chan!!" Yuya cheered and you lead him to your desk. You showed him plenty of textbooks to review and taught him about mostly math since he always fell asleep during that class. You lead him throughout each problem, being careful as you move on so that he understands what you're saying.

The reason you were doing this was because you liked Yuya, maybe more than a friend. You've been best friends for a long time already, so you've probably grown more feelings for him. You just kept quiet because you're sure that he likes Yuzu.

After a few hours of tutoring, the exam finally came. You did your best, as always, and managed to score #1! You smiled at your score. You were always #1 at YouShow. You scanned the result sheet for Yuya's place and...he got #16! That's not bad!

"[Y/N]!" You heard a voice call out to you from behind. You existed the building to see Yuya waving at you madly, which made you smile and run up to him. "Thanks a TON for helping me, [Y/N]-chan! #16 is the best I've done in forever!" Yuya thanked, keeping his cute smile on his face. You blushed.

"I-It was no problem. I didn't want you to fail anyways..." Your blushed increased and you were wagering on if you should confess to him or not. It took all of your courage to say this..."I'd hate seeing you fail. I like seeing you succeeding and happy, so I can help you anytime you're in trouble, OK? I really like you, Yuya-kun...A LOT..." You could have sworn your face was as red as his hair already. You were so embarrassed and hung your head, trying to avoid eye contact. But suddenly Yuya laughed, and his hand lifted your chin up to face him. Yuya was still smiling and his face was a little red too.

"Thanks a lot, [Y/N]-chan. I would never have passed without your help." Yuya suddenly leaned in and gave your lips a quick peck. "And I feel the same way, so let's hang out more, alright?" Yuya asked, pulling out a slip of paper with his number on it. "Call me if you need any entertainment." He called to you and ran off home.

'Haha, as expected from the Entertainment Duelist...' You giggled and thought to yourself.
