The girl were waiting for the driver to drive her to the school, but he weren't there.
She looked at the newly rised sun and bited her lips, she's late.
She suddenly heard someone shouting

"M-my lady, i peg your pardon. I'm late at my first day!"

He quickly stood in front of her and bowed, he weren't the usual driver
She looked at him a little bit and spoke

"Where is the sir Raven?"

He looked at her with a wandered look

"I'm your driver from now on, didn't you know that, my lady?"

She shook her head then entered the carriage quietly, he didn't even escort her and she felt strange
Why would her father change the usual driver to a mannerless guy?
But she shook her thoughts away and looked out of the window

She noticed that they passed the bakery shop that she tend to always go to

"I didn't tell him.."

She whispered to herself

The carriage stopped and woke her from her doze
She got out of the carriage, without him escorting her, too.

"Wait- what's your name?"

She asked him out of sudden

"Ouch. my lady, you didn't memorize my name? It's Lee Donghyuck"

"why would i memorize a mannerless noble name?"

He was startled, his ears were bloody red

"Forget it, i'm already late"

"You're actually not late, my lady. Time has stopped."

She was in daze when she actually noticed the leaves of the tree is floating in the air, and still not falling on thr ground
And some of the passers by aren't moving, even the clouds are still
That was somehow joyless but it was also cool

"I can tell that my lady didn't study vampiers yet"

"Vampiers? They stopped the time?"

He smirked with confidence

She was shocked, scared
He's a vampier
She stepped away, and he stepped towards her

"You don't have to be scared, the duke chose me carefully"
