Afton walked through the hallways of the pizzeria, this time with Shadow Freddy in tow. Freddy apparently had another friend he wanted to introduce to William, another shadow.
They walked to the room where the main stage was located and a shadow with rabbit ears and a dopey grin was sitting on the edge of the stage, feet dangling over the side. It was singing what sounded like the music that was played by the animatronics during the daytime, except it was twisted, garbled, mechanical and glitchy.
"Who's this Freddy? Another animatronic to add to the scrap pile?" It spoke in a high pitched tone.
"No Bons, he's going to help us out of here," Freddy replied.
So, if the shadow he first met was a Freddy, then this one must be a Bonnie. If the rabbit ears and long feet weren't any indicators, then the nickname "Bons" certainly was.
"Who are you?" The Bonnie screeched. His voice could turn from a pleasant high pitch sound to a whiny, loud screech.
"I'm William Afton. If you truly are the shadows of my former colleagues, then surely you've heard of me." Afton boasted. Shadow Bonnie cocked its head to the side.
"That name sounds familiar... like an old dream from long ago..." It mused.
"It was long ago. Many years ago." He confirmed. Bonnie laughed.
"Well, you sure look live and sprightly considering," it joked, "but where is your partner? The other guy who was always with you. His name was something starting with H."
"Henry. I'm sad to say that he died some years ago. Killed by an animatronic he set loose." William stated simply. Bonnie sighed.
"Poor guy. Also liked that one. I don't really remember why, but I believe he was kind."
"He was, a good man."
A silence filled the air. A quiet moment of mourning for an old friend passed on. It was Freddy who interrupted the silence.
"Anyways, since we're all here now, what's the plan? What do you need us to do?"
William was shaken out of his trance by Freddy's curious tone.
Of course, I haven't told them the plan yet.
So they gathered close and discussed the plan.Freddy and Bonnie were to lead the animatronics, one at a time, to the back storage room for 'maintenance'. Of course, William lied here. The shadows would freak if he told them the real plan. In return, William promised to open the doors to let the shadows roam the streets once again. He hoped his colleagues found peace once they were free.
The shadows agreed readily to the conditions and soon they're plan was underway.
