Torn Between Two Worlds

First Day Of School O_o

A/N: Hey guys sry for not updating. I had been going through rough times, my grandpa just past away ; ( ; ( . And I had been going through hard stuff. So here is a long chapter, hopefully it will make up the long time I didn't update.

Alena's Pov:

After I told Matt about Kien he got all mad and stormed off to his car. Of course he will never let this go. I Stand there with Matt's mate, I'm not sure if i got her name, she was beautiful tho and she had nice aura to her; that welcomed people and I just had this feeling that we are gonna be best friends just like how me and Skylar were. So back to where i was before, i am standing between Matt's mate and the Hot guy I think his name was Jarred , Caleb, Jacob i don't remember, i am not really good with names. I heard someone clear their throat, I look up and saw Matt's mate smiling at me. " Hi I am Arianna, Matt's m-girlfriend" she said with a real smile not those fake smiles. "Um hi I am Alena, Matt's cousin" I extend my hand for her to shake but, she pulls me into a hug instead, "I have this feelings that we are gonna be best friends Alena" " Me too".

"So this is Jacob, I am not sure if Matt introduced you, but anyways Jacob this is Alena, Alena this Jacob my best friend since we were in diapers" Arianna introduced us, we shook hands, I felt those sparks again. "Well, you better not say since we were in diapers or your m- boyfriend might take it the wrong way, he is already mad that I kissed your cheeks" he tried to keep a straight face but you could tell he was joking. " hahaha well let's just hope he didn't hear us" she laughed and turned around to face me "did you get your schedule yet" "no, I was on my way there when everything happened" " oh, I will drop you off at the main office, the bell is gonna ring in 5 minutes" she dragged me to the main office.

"Hello Mrs. Larry, this is Alena she is new" Arianna pointed at me. "Okay, thanks Arianna you can go to your class now and I will take care of her " Mrs. Larry was probably in her late forties, she has blond hair and brown eyes and had brown glass on that matched her eye color. "Okay Thanks Mrs. Larry, bye Alena" " bye Arianna".

Mrs. Larry handed me my schedule and the school map. My schedule was okay i had AP math right after homeroom, AP literacy, cooking, science , free period, lunch, social studies and gym as my last period. The school was huge for a small town, it had a huge football field and a back garden. I turned around to bump into Jacob again "sorry, I didn't see you standing there" I hurry to apologize. He just chuckles and says " no it was my fault, I was waiting for you to get your schedule, then I spaced out and didn't see you walking back" I made a 'o' face with my mouth " why were you waiting for me?"

" um well, I wanted to help you find your classes since the school is huge" " oh kk thanks" he gave me a weird look, " what?" I asked "its just you are the first person i know that uses kk in their sentence instead of text message" "i love the word kk, I use it all the time " "oh okay, let me see your schedule". I handed him my schedule, he scanned it " we have  homeroom, science, free period, lunch, social studies and gym together.... um Alena what grade are you in?" "Really that's cool that we have some classes together and I'm a junior, why?" I asked while scrunching my eyebrows together. "You have AP classes and I am a junior too" " oh, I guess I am a little smart, anyway let's go to homeroom we are gonna be late"

After homeroom was done, I walked into AP math and guess who I found, the one and only Matt. Great just great, he waved and told me to sit next to him, now since Matt is the sassy queen, you never want to say no to him because he will sass you for a whole week, trust me it's horrible. I sat next to him and said " hey cuz" his replay was "hey". I guess he was having a bad day " is Arianna your mate" he looked at me with shocked expression "how did you know" " Well she growled when you hugged me and then every time she said boy friend, she would slip and say m before saying boyfriend" he just nodded. After couple seconds he said " where are you staying now" "at the hotel down the street" "oh okay, well i'm coming with you after school is over so, you can pack your stuff and come live with me in my house and there will be no discussions about this, you are gonna live with me." I was about to say i am not living with with him when his parents live him, don't get me wrong but they refused to adopt me and refused to be their for me when i needed them they most so it's kind of hard to not  dislike them. I was about to object but he cut me off "mom and dad don't live with me anymore and i am 18 and i can be your guardian, so it will only be me and you" knowing not to argue with Matt because he is gonna win I just nodded my head and got my notebook out to take notes as the teacher started out lesson.

I have Matt with me in 5 classes homeroom, Ap math, AP liturcay,cooking, and lunch. I also figured out later that i have Arianna in some of my classes beside homeroom which were cooking, lunch and gym. When I walked in cooking i found Matt and Arianna having food fight but luckily them the cooking teacher Miss. Muniz was pretty chill, she just yelled at them and didnt give them detention.   I sat next to Jacob in science, well its not like i had a choice he sat in the back and the only open seat was the one that was next to him. After science i went to the libaray in my free period and found Jacob there, we talked quietly. I descoverd that he liked reading, chocolate, sour patches and he has no siblings. We walked to lunch togther and we found Arianna waving for us to go to sit with her. I went ahead and sat down with Jacob sitting down next to me. "Alena this Jordan, and his girl friend Angela and this is shawn and his girl friend Mirette, guys this is Alena" they all replied hey back. Angela was a burrnet and had blue eyes, Mirette was a blonde and had brown eyes, Jordan had chocolately brown hair with dark right eyes and last but not least Shwan had dark brown hair that it almost looked black and had light blue eyes it looked similar to Angela's eyes. " Are you guys" related" i asked Angela and Shaw. " Yes, infact Jordan is Mirette's brother and Angela's is my sister" " mmm, that's cool". Everyone got back to their conversation after a while, each boy and his girl friend, it was kinda cute and adorable and just made you want to awww them. Me and Jacob talked since we the only once who were the third wheel, I laughed so hard that i started crying when he tried to be Augustus Waters from The Fault In Our Stars, Jacob looked like Patric from Spongebob, don't ask why

After the bell rang I headed to social stusies class with Jacob still laughing from what happened to laughing, he shooked his head at me " i don't know what's so funny" he mumbled to him self but loud enough for me to hear it " you looked like Patric from Spongebob" " how?" " i don't know, you just looked like him at that time" "whatever, i still don't get it "

After Scoial studies, Jacob and I met with Arianna to go to gym which was last class for the day. We played dodgeball which happened to be my favourite game. I made our teem win, every single guy and girl had a shocked face on them when I got out the last person on the opposite team which happens to be the quarterback in football. After we changed back to our cloth, the final bell rang.

I walked to my car and waited for Matt to come with his car so he can follow me to the hotel. After couple minutes,  i heard a knock on the car windows and found Jacob standing there. I rolled down the window, "hey Jacob what's up" " hey Arianna I just want to tell you something... I know that we just met but I just want to ask you if you want to go out somewhere with me on Friday" I know what you are gonna say I will be stupid if i said yes but it just feels right to say yes, beside who would say no to a hot guy like Jacob. "Okay" "Really, okay so i will pick up tomorrow then, bye Alena" " bye, what do I wear?" " wear fancy" he yelled before walking to his car. After Matt came with his car we left and went to the hotel got my stuff then went to Matt's house. It was huge a little bit smaller than the Culle's house from Twilight. After I put my stuff in my room that Matt gave me. I didn't have alot off cloth because I only managed to take a little when I ran away. After i put my stuff away I went straight to bed. Before i fell asleep I felt someone was watching me but, it wasn't in a bad way it actually made me feel safe. My last thought was about Jacob before i drifted to sleep, hoping that i won't regret agreeing to go on the date with him.
