"I'm so sorry, if i knew something like that would happen I would've stayed and walked you home." Nemuri held you tight as you sat on the couch. "You cant know when stuff like that's going to happen... I'm just glad Aizawa was there to stop it from getting worse." You looked down at your lap and stared at your hands. It had been a week since the insedent and you had just stated to go back to work, Aizawa had stayed with you for most of the time and helped you fill out police reports. You had to admit that you had grown even more attached to the man as the days passed.
"Y/N... You should consider giving Aizawa a shot, your everything he worries about now a days, you should see him when he's in the break room. Your all he talk about with Hizashi. 'I need to protect her' 'shes special to me' Its so weird to see him like that, just throw him a bone and see where it leads, you might be surprised and enjoy where it ends up." Nemuri went n causing you to blush and cover your face. "I... like him, he's been nothing but help and I'm really grateful for that but... with everything that's been going on I don't think I'm... ready for a relationship... maybe ill never be ready." You hugged a pillow close to your body and closed your eyes.
"Oh come on Y/N I doubt Aizawa would do anything to hurt you." You cut her off. "Nemuri, I thought I had a best friend, turns out he was a crazy possessive little shit, not to long ago i had a stalker and just last week i got pulled into an alleyway and almost got... well you know. I wouldn't be surprised if something were to happen between me and Aizawa that were to ruin everything." You hugged the pillow tighter as you grew sad. "Okay lets just say he wasn't any of the other thing and you were certaint of what you feel towards the guy. Would you give him a shot then?" You looked at her before nodding slightly giving her a puzzled look. "Okay then I just need to prove to you that he's not like the others."
"Nemuri!!" You tried to call out for her but she got up and closed the door to your apartment. You pouted until you heard the door open once more. "You came back!" You smiled and turned towards the door to see Aizawa. "You know I practically live here now so why are you surprised?" He scratched his chin before placing bags of food on the table. You blushed before joining him at the table to eat. "You got my favorite!" You smiled as your mouth watered at the dumplings and fried rice in the takeout containers. You grabbed your chopsticks and began eating. You looked up and noticed that Aizawa hasn't started eating. "You not hungry?" You asked between mouthfuls of food.
You stared as he reached over the table to whipe something off your cheek. You blushed as he took the rice off of your cheek, paused before eating it himself. You were as red as a tomato before you continued to eat trying to avoid eye contact. "What do you want to do today? Still don't want to go out?" He spoke up after what seemed like eternity causing you to look up. "Not really... Can we watch a movie though? I really want to watch Heathers." You smiled as you named your favorite movie. "You've seen that movie about a hundred times Y/N." Aizawa grunted causing you to laugh.
Time skip
You were on the couch with Kosen on your chest as you watched Heather's. Aizawa had Kage in his lap as he stared at the screen with a blank expression. You looked back at the screen and noticed it was getting close to the end so you moved closer towards Aizawa and taped his shoulder. He looked at you and then back to his lap. You frowned and paused the movie. "Whats wrong?" You poked his cheek causing him to move his head. "Nothing..." He trailed off not looking you in the eyes. "Tell me what's wrong..." You pouted as he kept ignoring you. You poked him one more time only to see his eyes glow red and hair go up. You flinched as Kosen and Kage got up and fled.
"I-Im sorry... I should go." He started getting up but you held onto his hand. "Don't leave... Why don't you want to talk about it with me?" You pouted as he sighed and sat down next to you. "That's the thing Y/N... You're the problem." As those word left his mouth you felt tears hit your eyes. You were about to respond when he cut you off. "Whenever I'm around you... I don't know what to do. I want to hold you close and protect you, never let you go. I want to hold your hand and kiss you, be more than just your friend... But I don't know how that'll make you feel especially with everything you've been through... I just want you to be mine." You hadn't noticed that the both of you had gotten closer and closer as he spoke.
Your face was inches apart from his as he held your hand. "I... Want to be... Yours too." You let a hand roam through his hair as he pulled you in closer to him and closed the gap. You smiled into the kiss as you felt his hands on your waist. You pulled back to gain your breath and stare into his half liddded eyes, he smiled before pulling you in for a hug. "I promise, I'll make it worth your while." He whispered in your ear before kissing your forehead. You smiled at him and just when you where about to pull him in for another kiss Kage hopped on to the both of you letting out a meow. "Way to ruin the moment Kage."
You shook your head as you sat up and placed him down. Just as you were about to stand up you felt strong arms lift you up. "Aizawa?" You looked at him as he carried you down the hallway and into your room. He placed you down on the bed before laying down and wrapping his arms around you. You blushed as you moved to face his chest. "Go to bed, we goy work tomorrow." He kissed your forehead once more causing you to giggle. "Just wait till little Bakugo finds out his favorite aunt is dating his homeroom teacher." You placed your head on his chest as your breathing evened out. "If he tries anything I'll just fail him." Aizawa groaned and nuzzled his head into your shoulder. You smiled and soon fell asleep with the man next to you.
