This chapter is based on the song Annabelle's homework by Alec Benjamin ^^
some parts might be considered angst, im not completely sure though.

                         ~3rd person~

Evan was sitting at his desk, not only doing his homework but his crush's homework. He carefully wrote his name on the corner of the page, he then turned to his crush's homework, carefully mimicking Connor's writing. He then placed the papers in his bag.
He decided to skip dinner today, instead he just got changed into shorts and a random shirt, laying down on his bed and pulling a blanket over his head. Evan stayed like this until he fell asleep.

~Time skip brought to you by Jared screaming kinky for 10 hours.~

Evan walked into school the next morning, He walked to his locker and twisted the lock until it was finally capable of being pulled off. He took his binder (the ones that hold work, not a chest binder) and put his backpack up. He put the lock back on the locker, walking away to go find Connor. Once he did, Connor looked at him "Got the homework?"
"Yeah.." Evan replied as he grabbed Connor's homework out, handing the papers to him.
"Why are there two papers I thought there was only supposed to be one...?"
"I wrote down the equations on a different paper so i wouldn't fill up the small area where the answers were, want me to quickly redo it or-?"
"Alright, thanks for the math." Connor said before walking off, leaving Evan disappointed as he had spent super long on everything. Like how he spent 22 days and 21 nights working on both their math projects.. it sucked.
Not only did he have to do the normal math equations, but he also had to figure out how to make himself better and cooler so at the end of equation it'd be Conner and Evan..

                    Connor's pov :)

I sighed while walking away from Evan, he seemed pretty disappointed. I don't know why? maybe im just dumb but whatever.  He seems like a generally cool kid but he can just stay circling around in my atmosphere...for now..
(his pov is short heehhheh)

Evan's pov!

I sighed, walking away and keeping my head down, it dosen't matter how many papers i write, end of the equation wont be him and I, I'm just a nobody circling around in his atmosphere.

~time skippy~

I was handed another math paper by Connor. Lovely. That's all he ever needs from me, I don't see why i get so excited seeing him but whatever.
I got home and immediately worked on the math, writing every answer down and making sure to perfect any mistakes. It has to be perfect like him

After the homework, I ate and then slept. that's all i ever do anymore...whatever-

                        3rd person :))

Evan walked into school, his usual schedule starting where he went to his locker then went to find Connor.
But today was different, Instead of Connor just saying 'thanks for the math,' he actually striked up a c o n v e r s a t i o n? this surprised Evan but he was also pretty happy.

Connor had invited Evan to sit with him at lunch, he gladly accepted. So now they were there, talking about life and other stuff. :)
"I'll be right back, Connor." Evan stated, earning a nod from Connor.
Evan walked out of the lunchroom then ran into the bathrooms, doubts starting to fill his mind "He's only doing this out of pity, isn't he?" Evan questioned silently, taking his earbuds out of his pocket along with his phone. He plugged the earbuds into his phone and put them in his ears, he then sat down on the cold bathroom floor, listening to music as he struggled to think of ways to make himself cooler.

Soon enough, Connor walked into the bathroom to see Evan, He walked over to him "okay, what the hell?!"
Evan yanked his earbuds out of ears "Sorry, I just figured you were only sitting with me out of pity, Because i am only a little meteor circling around in your atmosphere."

This caused Connor to freeze up "what?"

"I'm sorry." was all that Evan could say before he got up and r a n, Not wanting to deal with anything right now, and he thought he had a decent reason not to.
