i truly never even thought it existed.
but the connection that gray and jordyn have is just truly amazing.
ethan and i stepped down the carpeted stairs, which was located only a few feet away from my bedroom door. my mom smiled brightly once she saw ethan and i's faces once we made it to the landing. she always thought that we would be the perfect match, that we would end up together at the end of the day, but i never saw it that way, it was always two stoners who magically became best-friends.
we entered the kitchen and my mother had our breakfast laid out, she was extra happy this morning. and i had no idea why. once we were done eating, we were almost late to going to buy snacks before school started so i had to drag ethan out of my two story home. once we reached the bus stop, we stepped into the bus and waited for our stop, the bus stopped basically right in front of bella's house. we stepped out and rang the buzzer to see if she would let us in. another buzzing sound rang through my ears signaling that she unlocked the door from upstairs. we walked up the steps, until we made it to the 6th floor. we walked down the hall to 6e and we knocked on the door. a 5"3 seventeen year old girl opened the door. she moved out of the way and let us in, a finger to her lips signaling for us to keep quiet. once we finally make it to her bedroom, ethan and i both take a seat on her bed. he was practically her height sitting down on her bed. i smiled a little bit looking at ethan, he was always so precious, his smile could kill, and his eyes, oh his eyes, like a beautiful painting, that i would observe for forever. we made quick eye contact before i looked away. looking back at bella.
"bella, why aren't you dressed," i say looking at the pajamas she was wearing.
"i'm not going to school today, i'm sick," she says tiredly, laying back down on her bed.
i lay next to her and give her a hug.
"you need to sleep, you need to get better," i say tucking her in.
"fine, but you guys need to go to school," she says
"bestie i'm staying with you," i say, my smile showing after ages.
"no, you need to go to school," she says, getting up and practically pushes us out of her bedroom. i roll my eyes once she closes the door.
"i guess were going to school then," i say to ethan, he nods and smiles at me.
