Danica was just a young girl whom was 14 and already made plenty of memories to make her smile. She walked down the road with a emotionless expression as she hopelessly walked on the side of the road. She came upon crushed and dead white roses. She picked one up slowly and curiously. These have been thrown away... these flowers may have come from a young man proposing to a woman who cast them away carelessly, or maybe a party had occurred? She thought. Then she remembered the wedding of her Mothers friends and the white beautiful gown the bride walked down the isle in. She took a breath remembering the beautiful dress. She cast her memory away in a peaceful manner and returned to present time. She stared at the flowers in curiosity. Although she doesn't know why the past beautiful flowers had been thrown away but she continued on her journey. Since the pathway ended she walked through the park near the road, staying on her course to home. She came across a football field. Flashing memories of when her friend Fredrick used to play soccer came to her, she also remembered that her brother used to play the same sport in hope of getting better than him to finally beat him for once. She giggled as she thought. They never did get better than Fred, he always got better before they had the chance. She continued to walk through the park. The pathway next to the road came back to her and she walked beside the road once more. She walked slowly and steadily reaching the top of the street. She looked down at her feet and hung her toes off the gutter on the edge of the road, remembering about the time she jumped off a ledge into a river. She got a rush of excitement as she thought about it. Once again returning to the present time, she crossed the road when it was safe to do so. As she walked the last street down to her house she pasted her old crushes house and he cringed at remembering when she thought she loved him. She sped up as she got closer to the house. Anxiety swept in like waves crashing on the shore. What if he sees me? Oh dear! Faster Danica!! She thought nervously. Once she passed she stopped in her tracks, Why should I care what he thinks? Ugh... She thought. She continued in her tracks cursing at herself for being foolish and silly. She came up to her house and walked toward the door thinking of what the day would bring for tomorrow's next Memory Lane...
