An albino child sat alone in a shadowed ally way. Whisker marks stood out against his pale, malnourished face, right below his ice my blue eyes. To the average eye the child looked no older than 3-4 years of age. No one would guess the child was turning 7 in a few hours.

The young boy was clearly cold in this cold October wether. He was dressed in the bare minimum. A ripped, blood stained shirt hung by the left sleeve, the other had already fallen of. His shorts were nothing but strings of fabric, hanging on barely. He had no bag to hold food or water, let alone shoes or even a light coat.

The young males internal clock suddenly made a little noise inside his head, though he had done it on his own when he realized what time it was. He sang a quick birthday song to himself in his mind before running. He ran as fast as he possibly could with his underdeveloped body, navigating through back allies and shadowed areas. Only one thing was on his mind. 'Run. Get to the forest. Run, Narato,RUN!' He thought, desperately encouraging himself. He knew his life depended on him getting to the forest. His white hair no longer held its moonlight color, instead caked in dirt and garbage from his dash.
He didn't get lucky this year. Not that he ever has before. A large man stood in front of him. The sick look on his face and the look in his eyes scared the boy to his core. But he knew. He knew that he would get away. So he did the one thing that he was praised for by the villagers. He got down on his knees and begged, not knowing how shameful it was for someone to do so. The villagers didn't seam to care though. If anything, the poor child begging made they're smiles grow larger.

A women with pink hair walked up to the boy, a handful of needles and 4 garden poles in hand. She harshly held the boy down, grinning in sick satisfaction as she drove the poles through the boys wrists and feet. The albino's blue eyes widened in pain before he let out a strangled scream. The pink haired woman's eyes lit up in glee as she heard the child screaming. Looking around, she noted the villagers were cheering her on. So she complied. Taking one of the needles in her hand, she carefully heated it up using a torch. As the metal turned red she pulled away. Looking at the boy on the ground she gave a laugh before sticking the needle through his right eye. She continued this until a needle was through both of his eyes and the other two were placed strategically by his ears in the worse spot possible. Finally, a man standing behind her took out a kunai, taking it up to the boys face. In a matter of seconds the boys mouth was filled it a sticky, metallic tasting liquid, choking him. Once it was confirmed he was unconscious, most people left. However one person stayed. The cloaked figure took out a piece of sealing paper, writing kanji on it before sticking it to the boy's stomach. After putting chakra into the seal, he left. Leaving the boy there on the floor on an ally way.

ANBU members snake and dolphin had never seen such a sight in they're lives. Dolphin, though a member of ANBU, had already moved to empty his stomach. Snake wasn't doing much better. She kept gaging as she removed the garden poles from the poor boys limbs, trying to be as gentle as possible. She knew that he was in excruciating pain and her trying to be gentle probably didn't mean much but she did so anyway. She didn't remove the needles though. She believed a medic nin would be needed for that. When dolphin got back he helped her move the child's body to the ANBU base. But halfway there snake realized that T&I was closer, and her room was just cleaned. So they went to the T&I department instead. There were more medic nins there anyway.

The medic nin, Hakui was thankfully there because of an injured interrogator. She was crying all the way up to the moment she had to begin operating. She nearly started to cry when she realized she would have to remove both eyes before the damage caused more issues to the brain that it already had. After removing both, she moved to his ears. She carefully sent chakra over the injury to let her know how to remove the needles without causing more damage. But the damage had already been done. She removed the needles before setting all four in a plastic bag for examination. She wanted to check for poison. When she got to his mouth, she ran out of the room and threw up,tears streaming down her face. She couldn't do anything about a roughly severed tongue. It took her 10 minutes to calm down. She quietly thanked the nurse who had been watching the albino child's vitals for her when she ran out before beginning on his mouth. She cut of the pieces of flesh that were hanging off on the organ before sticking it and checking for anymore injuries. When she was done she removed her latex gloves and called in a nurse to monitor the albino's bleeding invade any stitches came out. As soon as she was out of the room she stumbled to a couch next to the one the two ANBU were sitting on and broke down. She had been through war, she had cleaned up after Ibiki when he went a bit crazy, heck she had even watched rouge nin get tortured! But never in her life had she seen something as bad as what that child had. All the ANBU could do was watch her cry and pray to kami that the boy will recover.
